“Have been here a few times before and have never been disappointed. They have two location, one in Newark and the second one here in Kearny. I saw some complaints about service here but our experience was just fine. Quick and extra helpful. I had the cheeseburger and an order of fries. To drink I had an orange smoothie mixed with condensed milk. The cheeseburger was very good, it had mayo, corn, mozzarella cheese, lettuce and tomato. The fries were very good as well, huge portion. The drink was good but the only complaint I have was that it was a bit warm. Other than that it was good. The place is aging a little but the food is very good. As far as fast food goes this is a pretty good option. Parking is tough but there is a town lot across the street.“

“A wonderful Portuguese/Brazilian/American fusion cuisine restaurant. A unique dining experience with music and exceptional service. Orlando, the restaurant owner, is a true gentleman; genial and always welcoming. The menu provides unbelievable fare, Saturday especially with feijoada, traditional Brazilian rice and beans experience. I truly wonderful restaurant in our renaissance city of Newark, New Jersey. “I was delighted to find a restaurant that's certified gluten-free. The food was so good that even the non-celiac folks in my group enjoyed it and would gladly go back.Dietary restrictions: In years past, I got sick at many restaurants that offer both gluten-free options and "regular" food. Samba, being certified gluten-free, is completely safe for celiacs. What a sense of relief! They also have a number of vegetarian dishes and vegan dishes.“

“Saravá has become a favorite date night spot for my boyfriend and I. We've been coming here regularly for the last couple of years, and they never cease to amaze us. They have magnificent seasonal menus and tasty holiday menus in addition to their signature meals. No matter the option, the food is always top-teir and made with deliciously fresh ingredients. The service is incredible as well. We're always greeted with a smile. The attentiveness of the staff gives a warm, homey feeling without taking away from the class and sophistication of the restaurant itself. “Small place but saw the ratings and thought my wife (who is Brazilian) would give it a shot for breakfast. The food was made fresh and was it ever delicious ?. The crepe with Carmel, bananas and cinnamon was RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS.Parking: Parked across the street, easy to find and walk over.“
