“We went to The Haunted House Restaurant and found this place right around the corner. The bartender Melissa was amazing and super friendly. She made us feel welcome and was an absolute blast. Good place to stop in and have a drink at a local place.“
“One of the best independent concert clubs in Cleveland. The Grog Shop has been bringing national acts to the area for a long time.-No crazy heavy-handed security-No barrier between fans and the stage-Very fair drink prices and an amazing selection of hyper-local to macro brews, full bar, CBD Beverages, N/A drinks-Great staff!There is a lot to eat and enjoy in the surrounding Coventry area (all walkable), so show up early!Whether supporting local musicians or when National acts roll through town, you are guaranteed to have a good night at the Grog. We had a blast at the Operators/Slackers show most recently (as well as so many others over the past 30+ years). Truly grateful such a cool place exists in my home town.“
“Went to Midnight 20th anniversary and got my face torn off. Venua was cool bands were great! Loud clear and a great mosh pit!! Staff was courteous and cool, people take drinks outside and they have to yell at you for that we all know that, Overall!! 100% Place to go see a show in a middle sized venue.“

“What a lovely little spot! I'm all about a good dive bar and we found the best one in Cleveland! Sherry & Simone were so welcoming, it felt like home. A pool table & curated jukebox were great additions and although we didn't eat (Sloppy Joes $4), I'm sure they were delicious. Inexpensive, charming & the visit left me with a huge smile on my face, knowing this was one of those special places.Can't say enough good things, just an all around great time. This place is a real as it gets. If you are in Cleveland, pay them a visit, tell em Patti from Philly sent you. ??“

“It was a nice surprise, hidden gem. We were driving by and decided to stop in. It was quiet when we arrived. Service was good and friendly. Then a 1/2 hour later it was packed for karaoke. Which turned out to be very entertaining. The crowd was friendly and fun. Looking forward to going back.“
“Went during a totally packed house for a big sports event. The service team did amazing and took care of everyone. The food is solid here and you get a nice portion for the money. This is a place you should visit if you just want a little time to relax.“

“They have different food specials during the week...I do recommend going on Mondays for the burger special. The karaoke there is just fantastic...that's on Wednesdays, and I'm there quite often. First Friday of the month is Vinyl Night in the back room, and I try to make it there to DJ with the Northeast Ohio Vinyl Club. Just stop in if you're in the area...I'm sure you'll like it!“
