They have a nice selection from local breweries to some from all over the state. This place is perfect for staying in or taking something to go. The staff was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. “The beer is good. The food quality is inconsistent; sometimes it's good, sometimes it's mediocre, and sometimes it's bad. Tonight the food was mediocre. The grilled chicken wings had no char on them; the skin was rubbery. yuck. The chicken sandwich was all heat with no flavor. No crisp. The bun was flavorless. Mediocre at best. The best part of the meal was the French fries. They were hot with just the right amount of salt. Our server was good. It was obvious they were understaffed and he really hustled. I'll come back for a beer but will go elsewhere for dinner.“

“Astoria is a fun place for brunch that I've been told is a good place to meet your friends from the far side of town. I'd definitely recommend reservations. The dining area is on the small side and there was a pretty big line when we left. That being said, the staff were really friendly, service was great, and I've been dreaming of that fried chicken. We had the full brunch beverage array - water, coffee, and a fun drink. The menu isn't huge, but everything looked good, and there are some intriguing boards I'd like to sample. I had the chicken and biscuit, and the chicken was fantastic. I'm sure the biscuit was good, too, but I was pretty honed in on the chicken. The skin SNAPS when you bite it! So good! The food was well seasoned, and the staff were really nice about letting us take our time, even on a busy day.“

“I got a small salmon poke bowl the other day for $12 and it was fantastic! I agree with a previous review - they give a small portion of rice compared to the amount of toppings, but personally this is such a win because it always sucks thinking you got a big bowl of food only to find it half-filled with rice. I really appreciated the unlimited toppings for no extra charge too, because you can really customize it however you want! For being one of very few poke bowl spots in Cleveland, I was impressed with the quality and service Corner 11 provided. They were so nice, even when their credit card machine wasn't working, and the space itself is a decent size to sit down and eat, with a variety of regular, high-top, and outdoor seating options. On summer days I can see this being a great option to grab a bowl to go and heading across the street to hang out at Lincoln Park! As is most other restaurants in the area, this place is street-parking only, but it wasn't too hard for me to find a spot. I'll definitely be back to try out their boba and ramen and get myself another poke bowl when the cravings hit!“

“This summer probably came here several times every week. All of the flavors I've tried are really good and they don't add any added sugar which is great. You can tell that it's all natural and fresh and all incredibly tasty. Everyone is super sweet and asks you how your day is going. You can definitely chitchat with your friends inside and there are tables outside if the weather is niceThey give you a punchcard and after eight Italian says you can get a regular size Italian for free.“

“Had lunch here with some friends and really enjoyed the cheddar soup. The pretzel wasn't great as I was hoping it would be softer and a bit more flavorful. The pierogies were also a bit different than I expected as they were a bit thicker noodle wise than I'm used to. The flavor inside was decent though. Also tried one of these beers and it was quite delicious.“

Located inside the brewery, Terra brings in a more comfortable and cool atmosphere with a simple menu, good cocktails and great food at a reasonable price. Of course their craft beer is available as well. The Pimento cheese dip is a must try, and the chicken sandwich is done right. Dog friendly patio and also in the brewery side. “Well, I must say this is the BEST coffee in Cleveland - and up there with the best coffee in LA/NEW YORK! Especially delightful is the seasonal pumpkin-sage latte and the sage & seasalt bagel (both pictured). The décor is modern without being too cool, Nordic minimalism with uses of whites & natural woods- with the added warmth of art & hand-drawn prints on the walls. All in all- A+ experience!“

“Absolutely amazing place. We drop our dog off here 1-2 days a week for daycare and she loves it (always trying to pull to go to taps and tails when we walk by). She also comes back very tired. They take care of the dogs here and always have people watching out for them. All the dogs here have also been friendly and I haven't had any bad experiences.“

I sat at the bar and service was ok. Apparently lots of people around me were locals who got immediate service, even coming to the bar after me. I waited quite a while to even grab a taster. “I last came to Larder years ago back in 2018 or so and getting the Tuesday lunch special - $5 Chicken Sandwiches. I remember it being the best fried chicken sandwich I had ever had in my life - huge juicy thigh meat covered in a crunchy doubled fried exterior. Since then, Larder has been winning awards left and right. Since we were visiting Cleveland, I was so excited to visit Larder again and get their delicious sandwich. Unfortunately we came on a bad day - the previous night, a severe thunderstorm had knocked out the fryer and vents and Larder had to remove all of their fried items from the menu. They also were having oven troubles, so they ended up opening 30 minutes late. We got there over 30 minutes before they opened and a line of people started forming already. Pastrami Reuben ($18) - This is not your typical pastrami; this is thick, 1 cm cut savory salty pastrami, cut kind of like corned beef. The bark is still attached which is soft in some portions but crisp in others. ??? skome flavor??The meat is super tender and easy to eat. There's a thin layer of flavorful fat in some areas. There's cabbage slaw added on the bottom which adds a nice tang to balance out the fatty and meat of the pastrami. Thousand island spread on the top and bottom slices of bread adds additional moisture and sweetness. Everything is placed in the middle of two perfectly toasted slices of rye. Babka ($9) - Absolutely chock full of chocolate, the bread is pretty dense and rich. Pieces of crumbs easily flake off when you're eating this. There's some cinnamon mixed with the chocolate. If I'm ever back in town, I would get the chicken sandwich for the nostalgia.“

“We loved our brunch at Avo today! I came with a group of friends and kids before a Playhouse Square's A Christmas Carol, and our waiter was amazing! I think his name is Matthew and he got all 9 of our orders totally correct, even with some crazy changes the kids made. The drinks were amazing, portions were large and we will be back!! He even made sure to get our food and checks out quickly so we could make the show in time.“

“Love margaritas? Love guacamole? Love Momocho! Momocho is the place to go if you are looking for a modern take on Mexican, a flight of margaritas, or a flight of guacamole. Yes, I said a flight of guacamole. Try it. Trust me. My friend and I sat at the bar, which is full service. I had a flight of margaritas and chose the blood orange, hibiscus, and pomegranate. For our flight of guacamole, we tried the goat cheese, the crab, and the peppercorn. For some reason we thought we needed more food, so I ordered the chile relleno and my friend ordered the camarones tacos. Excellent, excellent food. I am going to have to return to Cleveland soon so I can come back here! If you haven't been: be aware that there is a parking lot, but it is very small and fits about 8 cars, so you may have to look for street parking. There is some outside seating, some inside, and a little at the bar.“

“Went to Brick and Barrel on St. Patty’s day and it looked like a super cozy spot to drink some brews. We got their flight and sampled the different brews. They have a pizza place (different restaurant) next door that offers some delicious Italian pizza as well as other Italian food. They also had some sandwiches for St. Patty’s day! They serve some bar snacks inside and everyone is super warm and welcoming.“

“We went to Mason's Creamery on the Sunday before the eclipse and got Eclipse Shakes. So fun! The place was busy, so it took us a while to get our treats, but the crowd was in a festive mood and the servers were hustling, so we didn't mind the wait at all. We were lucky enough to snag an inside table for the four of us, which provided for excellent people watching. The Eclipse Shake itself was worth the wait, as we knew it would be. All of Mason's ice cream treats are top notch. This novelty shake was lemon cream ice cream blended into a shake and topped with black-dyed vanilla whip cream. Nom nom nom! It turned our tongues black, but it was worth it!“

“A great local ice cream chain! I visited here on the solar eclipse day and while the line was out the door, it moved quickly. I had been here before and got the chocolate peanut butter cup, which I found underwhelming. This time, I got the peanut butter fudge sundae with caramel fudge brownie ice cream. The sundae was reasonably priced ($7) with a good portion size, and it was delicious. The peanut butter and hot fudge were delicious, and the ice cream was rich and creamy, with plenty of hearty fudge chunks. I highly recommend Mitchell's if you are looking for good, local ice cream in Cleveland!“

“I visited 16Bit this weekend and it was date night so the games there 10/10 I RECOMMEND. But when we got our drinks the service was very unprofessional 0/10. A server took our order in the line and told us to go to the bartender. When i finally got to the bartender Lyn she didn’t know what i was talking about , thank god she was sweet , professional & very understanding and took care of the whole situation. I think it’s very unprofessional for someone to take my order and send me to someone else who didn’t even know what was going on. “This place deserves all the recognition!! Hosted my husbands birthday in their private room, and it was amazing! Spacious area, perfect set up with access to the arcade, patio and brewery. I was allowed in 1.5 hours before my event to set up and wasn’t charged extra, and could bring mostly anything I wanted! Food was spectacular, best chicken paprikash I’ve ever had! And the drinks were served quick, even if the line was longer. I will be telling everyone about this hidden gem, and can’t wait to return as a regular customer. Thanks for all your help, Chris!!“

“We liked the pizza we ended up with but I had to drive back twice for it. I ordered a margherita pizza (tomatoes, basil, mozzarella) for pick up and they put a garlic white sauce on it. Why would they do that? I can't eat garlic, which is why I order a margherita pizza. If they are going to add garlic sauce to a basic pizza, which by definition that I've found has no garlic sauce, they should inform customers in advance. That said, the pizza we finally got, after driving back twice, was good. Not sure I will return however. Lots of good pizza places that know how to make a margherita pizza.“

It has all the things I love - a big, quiet outdoor area with large trees, plenty of seating, and some fun Halloween decor; a historic building with multiple rooms for different size groups with decor that is fun, engaging and historical; and great beer too! I especially loved the French Toast Phantom that I ordered this week. Service is friendly and helpful here. It's an easy walk from W 25th in Ohio City, so if you're exploring that strip, check this place out too.“

My friend got a flatbread pizza, and I got a plate of the PBR Waffles because I was intrigued. They came dusted in pale pink powdered sugar that turned hot pink as soon as the syrup hit it, so it definitely fit the aesthetic. AND they were some of the best waffles I've ever had. Who thought cheap beer would make such good waffles? I ate every bite. Overall, I would recommend this spot to anyone for breakfast or brunch. “Wow. Great beers. Great place that also serves brick oven pizza. But not by the slice you have to buy whole pie. We got a flight of four different beers and wow one of the beers was just amazing. Weller!!. It was an imperial stout. I have never had a beer so good as this one. We also had the masked head IPA and it was delicious. I didn't really like their coffee Porter it was kind of weak and lacking flavor. Great little brewery right down in the downtown area. Parking is on the street. But they do have also outside seating.. My sister ordered a specialty drink it was made with vodka and some kind of fruit juice. She said she liked it but I thought it lacked flavor. A great stop for a Tuesday night in May 2024.“
