This is the second time and second location that I tried they’re over cooked sausage patty sized burgers, only tried again cause the cashier assured me this particular location was different even after I explained how horrible the burger was from the other location explained the size and how it was overcooked it’s the exact same burger. French fries were old and cold. What you get is nothing like advertised on the special burger menu. Also they’re charging $14.99??I didn’t even waste my time by calling them with a complaint this is definitely a shame on me for even trying it again.Then 6 month's later they respond with thanks for coming in????????? That's insane.

Will not go here again. Good took forever and was pricey. I got my pulled pork sandwich and the bottom was cold top warm. So much sauce they the top bun was mush. And for the price I was really surprised that it was the size of a cheeseburger in a happy meal. Definitely not worth the time or money it took to get it.

They have a sign at the register stating that there's a wing shortage and there's a price increase, okay.... that was almost two years ago. I paid $14.99 for a wing dinner that consisted of 5 small wings, way over cooked handful of fries and a heaping portion of coleslaw. To get sauce on everything it's an extra dollar and some change. The service was good but the quality of food is trash. I could have went to save a lot and got a big dozen whole wings for about $10 and a bag of fries for $2 and some BBQ sauce for a buck. Make it make sense.

The polish boy was good and the new bbq sauce was good too. The wings were crispy. Overall food was a plus but it could use some cleaning up and freshing up. Nobody wants to smell anything other than food or cleanliness when you walk in.

The only place I've been to that's talking about a wing shortage.Nobody has told me this when i order from anybody other restaurants. They use that excuse to charge 3 dollars per wing. Which is crazy because no wings is worth 3 a piece. This was the last B&M i was trying because the other ones failed me, so i guess it's a wrap for me.

The food was delicious. I had the wing and center cut rib dinner. I bounce back and forth with B&M and Kim’s when I visit Cleveland from Virginia. I am originally from Cleveland, 115th Street, Glenville High School graduating in 1978. Been eating wings, ribs, and shoulder shamwich from B&M back when The “M” was an active part of the Beckman Team on Superior. I also ate a lot of wings from Kim’s when she was near 115th and St. Clair. B&M has not changed a bit on their wing, sauce, or bbq. I was happy and truly enjoyed with childhood memories my food from Oakwood, Saturday night, Dec 30, 2023. I will be back for sure. v/r, Dr. Ken King
