I asked the guy at the counter to pick my sandwich between the Mortadella or Chicken Parm. He strongly suggested the Mortadella. I also asked for a slice of pizza and a canned soda. $17 on total. The pizza was a bit disappointing. Could tell it sat for a while and the top was brown. Im sure when it was made it looked and tasted much better. It was an ok pizza slice. The Mortadella has house made pesto sauce, birtatta cheese and mortadella. Thinly sliced and piled decently high. Very clean tasting sandwich. Overall it was a nice change of pace for lunch. Id have to retry the pizza and try a hot sandwich next time. Would come back if in the area.”

“Finally stopped into Amba! An acquaintance and I dropped in for an impromptu dinner on a Friday night, and I was excited to finally see it as I’d been hearing so many great things about it. They’ve definitely got the towns attention! When I came in I was really impressed by the overall ambiance and it has this beautifully dark, sculptural quality. I was surprised by how drawn into the decor and visual aesthetic of the space. And if you’re someone who feels you like that feeling of cozy and privacy when out enjoying a meal- it is perfect for you. My friend and I enjoyed a combination of both the cocktails and mocktails, I had the spiced nectar and blue bergamot. SO good. So different than the typical mocktail- not your typical mixer combo. But really unique recipes created with a lot of depth. Just as much to be enjoyed as the plates themselves. We had somewhere around 7-8 dishes and I came in as someone who loves Indian food expecting a typical experience and was given more than a meal, but a really fun and innovate experience. Bright visual aesthetics and flavors created a very exciting and delicious experience! (Plenty of vegan options as well.)”

We were even offered a free portion of roast beef which was well prepared. Overall, our stromboli and NY slice were delicious when paired with the house sauce. “Best best sushi I’ve had in Cleveland. It’s such a perfect small restaurant with a really relaxed and intimate ambience (I love that it’s underground and that you don’t get signal and get to just disconnect).

Their daily/weekly specials are so creative and fresh, and everything is so well made. You can watch the chefs put everything together in front of you if you sit at the bar which I would highly recommend.

Seared salmon belly is to die for.

Service was also great.

They don’t have many cooked rolls so if you are averse to having raw fish, options are definitely there but limited. If you want to try raw fish in sushi as a first timer, I do recommend doing it here.

“My company held a retreat and workshop in the Tasting Room in February of 2026 and it was absolutely fantastic. The service staff was extremely friendly and made sure coffee, beverages, and snacks were always stocked. The meals they prepared for us were incredible - ask for the mac & cheese. And then, at the end of our work event, we had a happy hour right there in the room with some of the best beers in Cleveland. If you're looking for a place to have a work event, I HIGHLY suggest you call GLBC!”

“Came for a birthday party and can't say I'd be back. There were several problems. First off, I waited 40 minutes for a coke. Seems like everyone else got their alcohol though which also had a very long wait. The server Cici was awful to say the least. She couldn't get anything right. My husband ordered the rib dinner and i had the two meats and two sides (brisket and ribs). The ribs were very good, I would definitely order them again if I ever came back. But the brisket was absolutely awful. The toughest, driest piece of meat I've ever bitten, tasteless with no bark whatsoever. They were out of rib tips which I was honestly disappointed about but the ribs were bomb. They were moist yet tender cooked to perfection. The macaroni and cheese *and believe me I don't eat everybody's* was really really good. The greens had too much vinegar but were still enjoyable. The baked beans (Fire whoever made them immediately) literally took a can of bushes and added green peppers and onion. I ordered my 2 year old a smoked wing appetizer and some fries. WE GOT MY 2 YEAR OLDS FOOD AS WE WERE PACKING UP OURS, He literally ate my whole plate because he had no food. I ordered the garlic parm on the side and of course when they brought his wings it was covered in garlic parm. The fries were so full of salt they weren't edible but I got over that quickly. Still being very very generous I told the waitress I would be paying for my friend for his birthday. She didn't just charge my card for my best friends meal, but for everyone else at the table almost 300$. How do you make that kind of mistake. I believe it was intentional. After that I just ran out of there. The service however bad, still didn't overshadow that the food was really good. I just wouldn't order the brisket agian and definitely tell them no salt on your fries”

“I cannot say enough about Palazzo!!! Whether it is dine in or ordered to go, we have never had a bad experience here. Wait staff is amazing and the owner is one of the nicest people I've met! Lobster cooked beautifully, steaks cooked to perfection, the pasta was so flavorful and the salads were perfect. It's a quiet little spot but once you find it, you will be back!! Definite must do for our family!”

EDIT: admittedly I am very biased about my chicken and some of the other chicken spots within Cleveland aren't exactly in my top 10 the crispy chicken spot in the rapid stop gas station on East 55th and Payne the only other chicken serving restaurant that I'll ever go to besides them is red Walters over near East 85th Street those are the only two chicken restaurants or spots in general in Cleveland that me and my family will go to otherwise we don't go anywhere else we don't touch nobody else chicken if it ain't made within the house or in them two businesses”

“Zero Doubt Kitchen is simply put, LIFE CHANGING for a single mom shuffling to and from work and sports on the regular. I’m obsessed with the endless by the pound options (and my kids both asked for ZDC hummus in their lunches and polished off my chocolate peanut butter protien balls) and love that they’re constantly dropping new things to try. The pictures don’t do the food justice because every single thing I try is phenomenal. Overnight oats are SUPERIOR, I have always skipped breakfast and now I no longer have to. I ordered by the LB broccoli, rice, chicken, ground beef and hummus for my lunches this week and I can’t wait to eat at the office now. Food truly is fuel and I am so grateful that my brother and co workers referred me to ZDC. BIG PLUS, the food comes in the best quality hot/cold food bag and I use it to bring my ZDC meals back and forth to and from home and work. “I absolutely love this local restaurant! 😊 There’s just something special about a neighborhood spot that consistently serves great food and makes you feel welcome every time you visit. The service is always quick and efficient, and the staff are incredibly friendly, which really adds to the overall experience.

One of my favorite things on the menu is the Western omelette. 🍳 It’s always cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I usually order it with a side of pork links, some toast, and a refreshing glass of apple juice, which makes for a really satisfying meal. 😋 The prices are also very reasonable, so you get a great meal without spending too much.

Another cool thing about this place is the artwork displayed around the restaurant. 🎨 Not only does it add a lot of character to the decor, but you can actually purchase some of the pieces if you like them. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, and everything — from the dining area to the restrooms — is very clean and well maintained.

Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. The owner and the man behind me picked up my meal. I am so grateful for both their kindness. Now, getting to the food. This meal was ridiculously inexpensive, I think maybe 7 bucks with tax. my portion was incredible generous. I did tofu and vegetables and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. The veggies were just just lightly cooked and the sauce was scrumptious. I learned (finally) the difference between brown and white tofu and can now say that the texture of brown tofu is fantastic! “Every 6-8 weeks I meet a couple of friends at Dina’s for lunch. We met Saturday Jan 3rd 2026 about 1:45. It was extremely busy. As soon as we were seated our server Jenn (Jennifer O) got down to business with us. She was calm, attentive and friendly. “A great place to grab a slice or two for a good lunch! All pizzas include some fresh basil slices and are finished with grated cheese

I tried out 3 pizzas, the sauce vodka on the vodka pizza wasn’t as spicy as I would have wanted but both it and the margarita were very good! But the real star of the show was the white pizza. The ricotta is wonderful and the honey is applied juuuust right as to not overpower any of the great tastes.

I was walking home from the science center and it got freezing so I ducked into there. They gave me bread and tea and water and it's really nice and I'm gonna get a pizza from there.
