She always goes above and beyond for us sneaking a little extra on the house❤The food is always divine and yet most people complain about the hours it's understandable given how hard they work to constantly provide their amazing food and effort! “Thank you to the wonderful staff at Kake Kutters. I sent my husband to pick up some cupcakes (last minute) for our son's birthday. We thought they opened at 11 AM (they open at noon) and the open sign was on, he tried to open the door. When the employees came to the door, they politely advised that they were due to open at noon. He understood but they still asked if he wanted to come in to make his purchase. This was our first time patronizing this establishment, but will certainly not be the last. They answered every question and even engaged with me via facetime. The level of customer service was beyond superior. You've earned our support and will highly recommend this black, woman owned bakery and sweet shop every time. Oh, we tried the banana pudding, which was light and airy, plus not overly sweet. Definitely made from scratch. I'll be back for my husband's cake in a few weeks. Wishing you continued success.“
