Thank you to the wonderful staff at Kake Kutters. I sent my husband to pick up some cupcakes (last minute) for our son's birthday. We thought they opened at 11 AM (they open at noon) and the open sign was on, he tried to open the door. When the employees came to the door, they politely advised that they were due to open at noon. The experience, from top to bottom, was A1. I stopped in with my daughter on a semi rainy day. We both ordered a milkshake and a dessert. Her order consisted of the classic Strawberry Shake and Fried Oreos. My order was the Peanut Butter Lovers and a slice of cake. Northeast Ohio you guys are sleeping on this place. The customer service is excellent and the desserts of all sorts are to die for(literally) . The strawberry cake,red velvet cheese cake, and banana pudding all put you on your back. The prices are adequate for the quantity of desserts. Get out and support this place . You will not REGRET IT.!!!.
