“LOOOOOOOOOVED this place. If I could bring it to Southern California, I would. I visited this location in the 48 hours I was in the city. Clean, open, and welcoming. A gajillion flavors, all very unique. They let me try a bunch. “Thank you to the wonderful staff at Kake Kutters. I sent my husband to pick up some cupcakes (last minute) for our son's birthday. We thought they opened at 11 AM (they open at noon) and the open sign was on, he tried to open the door. When the employees came to the door, they politely advised that they were due to open at noon. He understood but they still asked if he wanted to come in to make his purchase. This was our first time patronizing this establishment, but will certainly not be the last. They answered every question and even engaged with me via facetime. The level of customer service was beyond superior. You've earned our support and will highly recommend this black, woman owned bakery and sweet shop every time. Oh, we tried the banana pudding, which was light and airy, plus not overly sweet. “Little coffee shop tucked next to the entrance of the Statler with lots of copper decor. Inside there is a small counter with 3 barstools...and the counter to order from. Not your come chill with friends coffee shop. I am a black americano drinker...so judging just on the coffee...it is not quite as good as some other downtown shops, but not bad. Looks like they have lots of flavored options that people were ordering and liked. Baristas were very friendly.“

“I visited for the first time on 8 March 2024, right after I had dinner next door at Valerio restaurant. I arrived at the gelato shop around 10pm and there were about 5 other people in line. This is a little ice-cream shop that serves a variety of gelato flavours whose owner is originally from a small town close to Venice, Italy. The owner was working in the shop when I arrived and he is a sweet old man who I briefly spoke to. I forgot his name, my mistake (maybe Charles?). GELATO FLAVOURS -- There are many to choose from. After reviewing all the flavour offerings, I decided to get the Salted Caramel and Lemon Custard flavours. Both favours really complimented each other - the sweetness of the caramel coupled with the citrusy lemon custard - just perfecto. The gelato was very rich and creamy. It tastes so much better than traditional ice-cream. AMBIANCE -- The ambiance inside is nice with a couple of chairs/tables to sit on plus some wall decorations. I love the red seating and the red motorcycle that sits by one of the front windows. I'm hardly on the east side of Cleveland but I can't wait to visit again. “My first time visit was awesome coupled with exceptional friendly customer service! The ice cream in any flavor is smooth, creamy and simply delicious. FYI some items come with one topping only and there is a fee for each additional topping. Their sundae menu is off the chart amazing, so many variations I've never seen, and to choose from! I highly recommend inner city residents and visitors to the city of Cleveland to visit this place for an awesome experience to treat your "taste bud" craving for ice cream!?. You'll not be disappointed!?. This place is located a corner street making it easily visible from the main road. “We went to Mason's Creamery on the Sunday before the eclipse and got Eclipse Shakes. So fun! The place was busy, so it took us a while to get our treats, but the crowd was in a festive mood and the servers were hustling, so we didn't mind the wait at all. We were lucky enough to snag an inside table for the four of us, which provided for excellent people watching. The Eclipse Shake itself was worth the wait, as we knew it would be. All of Mason's ice cream treats are top notch. This novelty shake was lemon cream ice cream blended into a shake and topped with black-dyed vanilla whip cream. Nom nom nom! It turned our tongues black, but it was worth it!“
“I see people are mad at Malley's for the size and pricing of their products. Well I can only think the same people must like shopping for their needs every day. Since the price of everything has gone up the past couple years. Malley's Chocolates is a Cleveland staple. And has only provided the best chocolates. So, to the ones who want to complain, you should watch what you ask for. Our economy is more of a political mess and that's where we get these price increases. “I love this place, i go here all the time and own a washer and dryer but for 30.00 i can knock out allll the clothes at one time in their super loader and awesome dryers. The only thing i can say is people with animals really ruin the dryers because my blankets came out smelling like dog piss !“

“Adorable cafe with delicious food and amazing employees! I've been there a few times, and it's always been a delight. I love the classic tiramisu, Hershey mochi balls, ube soft serve, and caramel creme brulee.The decor is so cute and pretty, and they have a big whiteboard and markers for anyone to use to write and draw. There's also some claw machines with some cure plushies. I tried them with some friends, and we all won stuff.The workers are all very kind, too.
