“Always very good service! Cookies always look great! Last week however, (not the workers fault though) online it said on Tuesday (very early like 3am) that they still had the biscoff Dubai brownie (sometimes they have them leftover from previous week) but I ordered it online for pick up in morning…. Mind you getting Dubai anything costs an extra $1.50… I ordered 3 & when I got there they told me that they didn’t have it bc it was for previous week. Every other store online didn’t have it online shown but they did. I ended up picking 2 cookies that weren’t anything I wanted but I never got refunded or anything. I spent an extra 4.50 for the Dubai brownie but was still owed $ for the other one I didn’t get. Super bummed“

“Placed an order for an ice cream cake 2 days before I needed it and they had a hard time "finding the cake!" To my satisfaction when I got there, they had one in the freezer! Thank God! “I really wish I would have gotten the girl’s name. I went in this evening because of my obsession with Stranger Things. I had seen the U.S.S. Butterscotch Sundae promoted on the website. When I asked about it, she wasn’t familiar with it, as it wasn’t being advertised at this location. I was getting pretty bummed out and about to leave. She said that if I had a picture, she would make it no problem. She never acted like I was an annoyance or anything. She laughed along with me apologizing for being “one of those people” that needed to have an exact recreation of something from a tv show. She was super great and went above and beyond. “Amazing little shop with the absolute BEST flavors, & this coming from a girlie who likes odd flavors as well as traditional. The Orange Dream is to die for yumm, the Amaretto Cherry is an almond lovers paradise & the Cotton Candy with some marshmallow & sprinkles made me feel like a kid again! I’m about to try their Lavender Dream tonight and am crossing my fingers it’s as good as another I had when I was living in NC. I just wish they had a Matcha flavor (that’s not too sweet!)☺️💚🍵“

“The interiors were really nice with a toy train running over the heads of the customers. And the ambience around the location is great. Service was with a smile and they really pile on the ice cream and timings. But I found the ice cream by itself pretty average. Might be I didn’t choose the right flavour. Couldn’t find much of a difference from any other chain.“

So we went and got her ice cream.
Skip forward 10 years and I chase the taste. It's like legal crack. The dark chocolate used in all of the chunk flavors is indescribable good. It melts in your mouth.
Pair the raspberry and coffee chocolate chunk for an experience.
Just be prepared for those late night cravings. It's at least a 30 minute drive for us. And it happens frequently. 🦄🍨🍦“

“It’s a charming ice cream spot in a plaza with lots of flavors, shakes, and pops. Everything looked great. My friend got a root beer float and really loved it. I had blueberry ice cream—it was a good portion and tasted delicious. The customer service was great!“
