I had this delicious chocolate brownie waffle cone, and it was yummy and fresh! The flavors are unique, and the cup and cone options abundant. I feel for the employees for having to deal with so many damn people. I know they be so tired. Retail in general is annoying especially if there are any rude or annoying customers. Best of luck to the employees at this place. You're doing a great job considering.“

I have gotten the same things after all these years, which is vanilla soft serve in a cone with a crunch coat. I have not been able to find it anywhere else. “I wish I could say I recommend this place because it was a tradition to go here at Easter time and grab chocolate crosses and bunnies. After leaving the store this weekend with such a small amount of different chocolates for 33.00 dollars I was so disappointed. I shared the photo and price with a couple friends and even they were shocked. It's really sad how extremely high a small amount is. I just wish the customer was kept in mind a little more when these prices get so hicked up. There was a second pretzel candy bar of no charge (BOGO) not pictured.“

“Came in the night before my birthday to pick up a cake. The lobby was closed but my cousin was standing on the bench outside pointing at the cakes. Security came out and we were able to get a cake at the last minute. Ive been coming here for years and they have one of the best services ever!“

“First visit this evening with a small group of friends, had 14 different menu items, drinks, apps, pizzas and desserts The staff was attentive and swift, a nice back room to sit and relax with friends. Everything we tried was wonderful, the staff was flexible bring the hot honey for the pizza on the side. All five of us left comfortably stuffed . Will absolutely be returning. 10 out of 10 pictures of drinks and dessert, eat the pizza to quickly“

Last week however, (not the workers fault though) online it said on Tuesday (very early like 3am) that they still had the biscoff Dubai brownie (sometimes they have them leftover from previous week) but I ordered it online for pick up in morning…. Mind you getting Dubai anything costs an extra $1.50… I ordered 3 & when I got there they told me that they didn’t have it bc it was for previous week. Every other store online didn’t have it online shown but they did. I ended up picking 2 cookies that weren’t anything I wanted but I never got refunded or anything. I spent an extra 4.50 for the Dubai brownie but was still owed $ for the other one I didn’t get. Super bummed“

“We came in tonight with my son’s baseball team and the place was already packed! On top of that another team came in too! The shop was being ran by only 3 young teenagers/adults and they worked super hard the entire time!! They got the orders out as fast as they could and had a positive attitude the entire time! I even asked the one young man how far they were on our order and he was super nice and said there were quite a bit ahead of us I told him no problem and no rush, yet he made sure to get us our order! Really good service and the three working tonight need raises in my opinion! 5-29-26 is the night we stopped in!“
