“My brother introduced me to this place. He had brought me in on my birthday weekend (8/9). He showed me the menu prior to coming and so I had an idea of what I wanted to order. When we arrived, I had the honor of meeting the owner of the business, Razzi. Such a really cool, chill dude.
Since he wasn't busy at the time, he took the time to show us all the things his business had to offer. He told us where he gets his ice-cream, the ingredients for his waffles, etc. To learn the history of each item was very insightful.

Service: Razzi was very knowledgeable about his food and the things he serves. He was super cool and I love that he is a small minority business owner. He will be seeing me again soon.

Food: I ordered the Cinnaroll waffle with Nutella spread and a scoop of vanilla brown sugar ice-cream. I also got this Matcha Lemonade. Talk about the best waffle I've ever had. It was light, fluffy, with a nice crisp bite to it. Because of it being made by scratch, all the flavors were very well balanced and nothing overwhelmed. I highly recommend ordering the large waffle. The iced Matcha Lemonade (the green drink) was also good. A very healthy drink.

Atmosphere: Calming laid-back vibe. Place to chill and have great food.“

“First visit this evening with a small group of friends, had 14 different menu items, drinks, apps, pizzas and desserts The staff was attentive and swift, a nice back room to sit and relax with friends. Everything we tried was wonderful, the staff was flexible bring the hot honey for the pizza on the side. All five of us left comfortably stuffed . Will absolutely be returning. 10 out of 10 pictures of drinks and dessert, eat the pizza to quickly“

“Went to get my typical order, reluctant to step out of my comfort zone despite being curious, when Adina helped me navigate towards something creative. I've been going to Mitchell’s for years because I love the flavor of their ice creams. This is the first time I've had such an expansive experience. Adina suggested other flavors that are similar to the one I was leaning towards and her explanation was on point. I ended up trying something completely new and customized. She gave excellent service— I was thoroughly impressed by this young lady.“

Smells like an ice cream parlor when you walk it. So yummy! It's not too busy during the afternoon on week days.“

“Got chili dogs and fries. The dogs were good, except for the fact they use white onion, which is much hotter and has a different taste than Spanish of red onion. If I would have known, I would have tried different toppings. The fries were good but nothing special. I would go back because the staff were really nice.“

She has been in business for over 40 years I can't believe it!! I was in town a few days back to visiting family, best ice cream and definitely she has great prices, when I come back to visit I will definitely be stopping there again, this is a must stop and go and if you ask me she's part of Cleveland History, like I said she's been in business for over 40 years, let's keep this Mom and Pop place in business and keep visiting her, I encourage everyone to go you're not going to regret it!“

Last week however, (not the workers fault though) online it said on Tuesday (very early like 3am) that they still had the biscoff Dubai brownie (sometimes they have them leftover from previous week) but I ordered it online for pick up in morning…. Mind you getting Dubai anything costs an extra $1.50… I ordered 3 & when I got there they told me that they didn’t have it bc it was for previous week. Every other store online didn’t have it online shown but they did. I ended up picking 2 cookies that weren’t anything I wanted but I never got refunded or anything. I spent an extra 4.50 for the Dubai brownie but was still owed $ for the other one I didn’t get. Super bummed“

“This ice cream place is about a mile or so. They have generous portions of ice cream and soft custard. It's a small business, which I love to support over evil mega corporations if possible. The prices are reasonable for the amount of ice cream you get and the ice cream is good. Nothing fancy, just good treats done well. They do a lot for the local community. If you're in the area, support them instead of larger ice milk places. You can have a sweet treat and feel good about where your money is going.“

“We had such a great experience at Graeter’s Ice Cream in Pinecrest! From the service to the variety of flavors and the overall vibe, everything made for a really enjoyable dessert stop.

The staff was super nice, energetic, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They were friendly and helpful while we were deciding what to get, and you could tell they really enjoy what they do.

They had a great selection of ice cream flavors to choose from, and you could get them in cups or waffle cones. They even had plain waffle cones and chocolate waffle cones, which was a nice touch and gave plenty of options depending on what you’re in the mood for.

The portion sizes were really good, and the ice cream itself tasted very fresh and creamy. Some of the flavors we tried included black raspberry chip and cookies and cream, and both were delicious.

Overall, we really enjoyed our visit. Great flavors, great service, and a really fun dessert experience. We’ll definitely be back!“

“The mochi donut are so good, really satisfying texture and taste and It’s not too sweet! Matcha and Ube ones were my favorite.The cakes tasted meh and dry even though they looked good. “I went to Cleveland for my birthday and I love to just walk around new cities and try new coffee shops. We came across this shop and tried it out. I was expecting to get a coffee but a gentleman there stated that I should try to chai tea. Boy, was he ever correct. It had to be the most amazing chai tea I've ever had. It had a very smooth taste, with a nice hint of fresh ground cinnamon on top. Not overly sweet like a desert, but just right. The barista that works there was also very friendly and we chatted a bunch about a lot of cool topics. I definitely recommend it!“
