“This place is so flipping good. Started coming here last year after Mango Mango closed, in search of a good waffle. This place hits the mark and then some. The options are plenty and the waffles are heavenly. There’s usually a bit of a wait as there’s only one guy working most of the time it seems. But it’s so worth it. The place is a vibe and the service is always personable. Dude is always having a good time, even when the place is slammed. He makes sure you’re having a good time too. He’s always offering samples of drinks, especially the chai. So yummy. The Celine is always a great choice. Love this place.“

“First visit this evening with a small group of friends, had 14 different menu items, drinks, apps, pizzas and desserts The staff was attentive and swift, a nice back room to sit and relax with friends. Everything we tried was wonderful, the staff was flexible bring the hot honey for the pizza on the side. All five of us left comfortably stuffed . They offer a duo option in case you want to try two flavors, but I committed to the no-sugar moose tracks and it was creamy and delicious 😋! “Got chili dogs and fries. The dogs were good, except for the fact they use white onion, which is much hotter and has a different taste than Spanish of red onion. If I would have known, I would have tried different toppings. The fries were good but nothing special. I would go back because the staff were really nice.“

“We had such a great experience at Graeter’s Ice Cream in Pinecrest! From the service to the variety of flavors and the overall vibe, everything made for a really enjoyable dessert stop.

The staff was super nice, energetic, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They were friendly and helpful while we were deciding what to get, and you could tell they really enjoy what they do.

They had a great selection of ice cream flavors to choose from, and you could get them in cups or waffle cones. They even had plain waffle cones and chocolate waffle cones, which was a nice touch and gave plenty of options depending on what you’re in the mood for.

The portion sizes were really good, and the ice cream itself tasted very fresh and creamy. Some of the flavors we tried included black raspberry chip and cookies and cream, and both were delicious.

Overall, we really enjoyed our visit. Great flavors, great service, and a really fun dessert experience. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I went to Cleveland for my birthday and I love to just walk around new cities and try new coffee shops. We came across this shop and tried it out. I was expecting to get a coffee but a gentleman there stated that I should try to chai tea. Boy, was he ever correct. It had to be the most amazing chai tea I've ever had. It had a very smooth taste, with a nice hint of fresh ground cinnamon on top. Not overly sweet like a desert, but just right. The barista that works there was also very friendly and we chatted a bunch about a lot of cool topics. I definitely recommend it!“

“The mochi donut are so good, really satisfying texture and taste and It’s not too sweet! Matcha and Ube ones were my favorite.The cakes tasted meh and dry even though they looked good. The drinks are very refreshing and the interior is cute and comfortable there’s also tables right outside to sit. I always stop by when I’m in the area.“

“I finished the guardians game with my 9 year old niece tonight around 9:15pm in downtown Cleveland. My sister’s only rule was that i was not allowed to get my niece any ice cream after the game. The Guardians won so I decided to break the rules and suffer the consequences later by getting iced cream for my niece on a school night. I arrived after they closed, around 10:03pm. They did not have to serve me because they were technically closed according to their posted hours of operation. A gentleman named Jason agreed to serve us, and my niece was very happy. I appreciate the entire Tuesday night Dairy Queen crew that decided to make my niece happy. My sister may be upset for breaking the rules, but Dairy Queen understood the assignment! Thanks guys! “We were visiting from Columbus. Quick google search on best pizza in Cleveland and this was one of the recommendations. Glad we chose this spot. The pizza was great and the owner was even better. Came out and talked with us, once he found out we were out of town he asked my family and I a lot of questions about our trip, what we did for fun, where we ate at. Great to see owners like this.“
