“My cake actually fell when we got home i spoke to a manager andShe was very understanding we communicated very well she did show she cared so when i got another cake we communicated and evrything was easy she agreed to the boxes they had in stock were not up to par and she was willing to replace or refund my next order if the issue continued with the cake falling within 20 min time frame“

As an international student, I finally found gelato in the United States that is cheaper than in China.The clerk was very friendly and provided tastings and recommended flavors.The only regret was that the pistachio flavor wasn't very strong, maybe because I had another rich chocolate flavor.I hope you can add some chopped pistachios to the pistachio flavor, then it will be perfect！It's a pity that I didn't get the green apple flavor, I'm about to finish my studies and leave the United States, and probably won't come back for a long time. “Tasty ice cream, friendly staff and modern atmosphere. We had a cookies and cream milkshake and the seasonal cinnamon ice cream. Both were delicious but I did wish the ice cream was a little bit more frozen. The train around the top of the restaurant was cute. The tables all needed some cleaning and attention though.“
“Fabulous & locally owned! They started many years ago on the westside of Cleveland. When I moved east, it was one of the many things I sorely missed, so i'm very glad they have branched out onto the Eastside finally. Their honey pecan is better than anything at Mitchell's. Now that Honey Hut is on the east side. I don't understand why there are still lines at Mitchell's. Highly recommended.“

“I love their custard. My favorite is a kid sized turtle with whipped cream and a cherry. The hot fudge is always hot and that's important. Most places don't bother with the hot fudge actually being hot and that's just wrong on so many levels. The only thing I don't like about the place is the weird smell. Might be disinfectant, but whatever it is it's too strong.“

“You haven't had ice cream until you have the ice cream at Pop Culture. The endless flavors to choose from ( you have to try banana rum ice cream. It's one of my many favorite). The homemade cookies and cinnamon roll are also amazing. I wouldn't waste my calories anywhere else.“
“Love this ice cream shop. Logan is super friendly and very helpful. She always remembers how to make my wife a milkshake just as she likes it. (She doesn't like a mushy or watered-down shake) whenever I come to Mitchell's. Truthful if she's not there I typically leave because I have to go back home to my wife with a bad shake. So if she's not working I'm out. I haven't seen her in a while.“
“The selection of baked goods is small so get there early! Last Saturday, I bought some cookies, carrot cake cupcakes, and some smores and lemon bars! The cupcakes were the best carrot cake I've ever had and I’m sad they only had 4! My husband loved the lemon bars and the s’mores bar warmed up was like I went to heaven! Amazing! And both ladies were so nice!“
“Love Micky's. My only problem, I walk up there with my dog alot. Some times I eat my ice cream there with my dog, but if it's busy I like to take it to go. I wouldn't even be mentioning this if it didn't happen every single time... any time I ask for it to go they never hear me, always come out with out lids and no bag. It's just a bit frustrating, I'm an anxious person and I just wish I could be heard the first time and not have to have another conversation just to get my stuff to go.“

But your getting good quality ingredients and fun flavors. Portion is pretty generous, so not skimpy. So your gonna pay a bit more. Go for it. As a treat it's good and worth it. Plenty of parking. “The sugar cookies are Pavlovian!The staff is unusually nice/polite. Nolan has been there the last 2 times I've been there. He simply asked, "how are you doing today?" It caught me off guard cause it didn't sound/feel like typical customer service talk.If the cookies didn't draw me in anytime I'm in the area, the service/staff definitely would!!!“

With a clean, up to date building with a drive through, and serving delicious treats and cakes, this is one queen I can serve. In addition to the frozen treats, they also serve actual meals of food. What's better than a DQ chili dog and fries. Well, if I'm being honest, lots of things. But they are still pretty great!“
“I've actually never physically been here, but I did have a phase where I would get cookies delivered weekly. I've stopped the weekly part, but will have occasional cravings. The cookies can be hit or miss, but that's not really the fault of this location since the flavors are designated on a national level. For example, I'm not a fan of the pink sugar one (never really like almond flavor) but it seems to be a hit with most.However, i have had some that I really enjoyed and I love how the flavors switch up each week, letting you try different things. Overall, solid!“
