“I finished the guardians game with my 9 year old niece tonight around 9:15pm in downtown Cleveland. My sister’s only rule was that i was not allowed to get my niece any ice cream after the game. The Guardians won so I decided to break the rules and suffer the consequences later by getting iced cream for my niece on a school night. I arrived after they closed, around 10:03pm. They did not have to serve me because they were technically closed according to their posted hours of operation. A gentleman named Jason agreed to serve us, and my niece was very happy. I appreciate the entire Tuesday night Dairy Queen crew that decided to make my niece happy. My sister may be upset for breaking the rules, but Dairy Queen understood the assignment! Thanks guys! Great customer service!“

“Went to get my typical order, reluctant to step out of my comfort zone despite being curious, when Adina helped me navigate towards something creative. I've been going to Mitchell’s for years because I love the flavor of their ice creams. This is the first time I've had such an expansive experience. Adina suggested other flavors that are similar to the one I was leaning towards and her explanation was on point. I ended up trying something completely new and customized. She gave excellent service— I was thoroughly impressed by this young lady.“

“My daughter and her friend picked up a coffee gelato for me. It was Divine. Smooth and creamy without any artificial taste. I will be going back again and sometime the stack was wonderful so friendly that you felt like you were having dessert with your family.“

“My brother introduced me to this place. He had brought me in on my birthday weekend (8/9). He showed me the menu prior to coming and so I had an idea of what I wanted to order. When we arrived, I had the honor of meeting the owner of the business, Razzi. Such a really cool, chill dude.
Since he wasn't busy at the time, he took the time to show us all the things his business had to offer. He told us where he gets his ice-cream, the ingredients for his waffles, etc. To learn the history of each item was very insightful.

Service: Razzi was very knowledgeable about his food and the things he serves. He was super cool and I love that he is a small minority business owner. He will be seeing me again soon.

Food: I ordered the Cinnaroll waffle with Nutella spread and a scoop of vanilla brown sugar ice-cream. I also got this Matcha Lemonade. Talk about the best waffle I've ever had. It was light, fluffy, with a nice crisp bite to it. Because of it being made by scratch, all the flavors were very well balanced and nothing overwhelmed. I highly recommend ordering the large waffle. The iced Matcha Lemonade (the green drink) was also good. A very healthy drink.

Atmosphere: Calming laid-back vibe. Place to chill and have great food.“

“First visit this evening with a small group of friends, had 14 different menu items, drinks, apps, pizzas and desserts The staff was attentive and swift, a nice back room to sit and relax with friends. Everything we tried was wonderful, the staff was flexible bring the hot honey for the pizza on the side. All five of us left comfortably stuffed . The younger employees be needing home training before they get a job because their customer service sucks. But anywho during the day, I love this location and the cookies!“

“We had such a great experience at Graeter’s Ice Cream in Pinecrest! From the service to the variety of flavors and the overall vibe, everything made for a really enjoyable dessert stop.

The staff was super nice, energetic, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They were friendly and helpful while we were deciding what to get, and you could tell they really enjoy what they do.

They had a great selection of ice cream flavors to choose from, and you could get them in cups or waffle cones. They even had plain waffle cones and chocolate waffle cones, which was a nice touch and gave plenty of options depending on what you’re in the mood for.

The portion sizes were really good, and the ice cream itself tasted very fresh and creamy. Some of the flavors we tried included black raspberry chip and cookies and cream, and both were delicious.

Overall, we really enjoyed our visit. Great flavors, great service, and a really fun dessert experience. We’ll definitely be back!“

“This ice cream place is about a mile or so. They have generous portions of ice cream and soft custard. It's a small business, which I love to support over evil mega corporations if possible. The prices are reasonable for the amount of ice cream you get and the ice cream is good. Nothing fancy, just good treats done well. They do a lot for the local community. If you're in the area, support them instead of larger ice milk places. You can have a sweet treat and feel good about where your money is going.“

“I love how this Dairy Queen’s parking lot is easiest to get in and out of because of its size. The one closest to me is so small the line is on the street on busier days. I also thought it was very cute that they had coloring books and markers out for the kids inside. It made the long line bearable for my little one. Although they were busy they were still kind once we got to the front of the line and I appreciate that. We’ll have to come back for those $3.79 specials on Wednesdays!“
