“Valley Villa is one of those rare ice cream places that has truly perfected the Turtle Sunday, as well as many, many more. My favorite part about Valley Villa Custard has been the new renovations and evolving menu, always coming up with innovations in the industry with a strong staff to support. Bravo Valley Villa, best of luck this Summer.“
“I love how this Dairy Queen’s parking lot is easiest to get in and out of because of its size. The one closest to me is so small the line is on the street on busier days. I also thought it was very cute that they had coloring books and markers out for the kids inside. It made the long line bearable for my little one. Although they were busy they were still kind once we got to the front of the line and I appreciate that. We’ll have to come back for those $3.79 specials on Wednesdays!“

“I love getting ice cream here. So many different options. I love getting milkshakes here. I would recommend caramel fudge brownie or good old cookies and cream. The service is always amazing and I am always pleased at the speed in which I receive my ice cream. Pretty pricy though.“

“Amazing ice cream. The facility was clean and well kept and there was nice outdoor seating. The ice cream was amazing and tasted super good. This is my favorite ice cream place I’ve ever been. It was definitely worth the money I paid for it. I go every week, I love it there.“

“I love this location but at certain times of the day. During the day the customer service is on point!!! But evening / night it’s trash. The younger employees be needing home training before they get a job because their customer service sucks. But anywho during the day, I love this location and the cookies!“
“A huge THANK YOU to TIFFANY in the bakery today! She worked with me with ordering my Son’s birthday cake for Saturday. I came in short notice to order. Great customer service and just a kindhearted person. Thank you Tiffany!“

“I am an out-of-towner visiting family. I am amazed at how good the pizza and calzones are! Huge portions, fantastic flavor, generous with toppings, and great service! I thought it was pricy until I got my food; WELL WORTH IT! Delivery was early, food was HOT. 10 out of 10 for me!“

“The custom cakes here are incredible. I had my daughter’s “camping” theme bday cake made here. She really wanted an ice cream cake, but I wasn’t sure if DQ was going to be able to do the design I wanted. I brought my ideas, photos and accessories. And let me tell you! The service I received from Belinda was better than some high end bakeries I’ve used for other events. She was so detail oriented and made sure everything was just how I wanted it, even following up with text reminders and questions. And the design was THE ABSOLUTE CUTEST!!! So happy with my experience here and very impressed !“

“Best frozen custard we’ve ever had—creamy goodness!!! The dipped waffle cone didn’t fail to impress either-plenty of thick chocolate on the rim. Will definitely be back!!!“

“I finished the guardians game with my 9 year old niece tonight around 9:15pm in downtown Cleveland. My sister’s only rule was that i was not allowed to get my niece any ice cream after the game. The Guardians won so I decided to break the rules and suffer the consequences later by getting iced cream for my niece on a school night. I arrived after they closed, around 10:03pm. They did not have to serve me because they were technically closed according to their posted hours of operation. A gentleman named Jason agreed to serve us, and my niece was very happy. I appreciate the entire Tuesday night Dairy Queen crew that decided to make my niece happy. My sister may be upset for breaking the rules, but Dairy Queen understood the assignment! Thanks guys! Great customer service!“
