“Crumbl gets a solid 4.5/5 stars always. We usually dislike at least one of their flavors which is unfortunate but not enough to take away stars because we enjoy so many of them. The flavor we disliked recently was the root beer cookie and it's expensive to not like it but I go for my kids. They enjoy the experience.“

“I reached out through Google. A very nice person talked to me until we could find an ice cream flavor which didn’t have gluten, milk, nor coconut oil/milk. They ordered “non dairy blue sky” as a new flavor because we as GF DF people couldn’t have any others. I mean, come on guys, this is the ultimate good customer service. My heart swells in gratitude for a fabulous summer thanks to them! “I have been coming to this Dairy Queen since I was three and it's been a staple in Mentor on the lake and I just have to say they have been fantastic and the manager just did the kindest thing and I'm not going to explain why but she was awesome and I want everybody to know that they need to go there they're Putt-Putt courses awesome their ice cream is awesome their hot dogs and their pretzel sticks are awesome and the manager is so sweet you guys all need to go there and support this local establishment!“
