“Crumbl gets a solid 4.5/5 stars always. We usually dislike at least one of their flavors which is unfortunate but not enough to take away stars because we enjoy so many of them. The flavor we disliked recently was the root beer cookie and it's expensive to not like it but I go for my kids. They enjoy the experience.“

“I reached out through Google. A very nice person talked to me until we could find an ice cream flavor which didn’t have gluten, milk, nor coconut oil/milk. They ordered “non dairy blue sky” as a new flavor because we as GF DF people couldn’t have any others. I mean, come on guys, this is the ultimate good customer service. My heart swells in gratitude for a fabulous summer thanks to them! “Froyo is so delicious! They don't just have frozen yogurt, they have gelato, icecream, sherbert, and sorbet too! They have Pistachio, Cake Batter, Strawberry, Cookies and Cream, Peanut Butter, Salted Caramel Pretzel, Cotton Candy, Vanilla, and Chocolate Frozen Yogurt. They also have a coffee gelato that tastes just like your favorite strong coffee. They also have pineapple dole whip, orange sherbert, lime dole whip (these are like sorbet, very fruity and tart) and raspberry pomegranate sorbet. Don't forget to ask for samples, don't miss out on the awesome flavors!

There's other flavors but I don't remember what they are. I think they may have different flavors rhat come and go seasonally but I'm not sure. OH and you can also swirl flavors that are next to each other together. Like, you can swirl the Pistachio and cake batter. You can also swirl the chocolate and vanilla together too.

They have dividers if you want multiple flavors but don't want them to touch. But make sure you grab the eight sized cup, I messed up on that. The black one with polka dots is larger than the pink one with dots, oops!

The selection of toppings is also wonderful. They have different fresh fruits, sprinkles, waffle cone pieces, syrups, whipped cream, popping boba pearls, cheesecake, cookie dough, gummies, cupcake balls, etc!

The store is also kept extremely clean and it smells just like an icecream shop would. We had the opportunity to sit down in the dining area while we ate and I watched one of the staff members immediately clean up after customers. Wonderful experience, definitely my favorite dessert spot.

And their spoons are color changing, I thought that was pretty cool lol.“

“I have been coming to this Dairy Queen since I was three and it's been a staple in Mentor on the lake and I just have to say they have been fantastic and the manager just did the kindest thing and I'm not going to explain why but she was awesome and I want everybody to know that they need to go there they're Putt-Putt courses awesome their ice cream is awesome their hot dogs and their pretzel sticks are awesome and the manager is so sweet you guys all need to go there and support this local establishment!“
