The staff at the mentor location is horrible and rude and don't listen. First they don't listen and get the order wrong. Then, after asking us to pull up and wait while they "fix" the order, they STILL bring it out wrong!!! Then I try to explain what I want, for the 2nd time, and the young girl just walks away saying "yes I know what you want". even though I was trying to re-state my order, but she was arrogant and pompous and just walked away. then they STILL forgot the whip...read full review
Every time my family and I go to the store in Painesville we find something hiding in our desserts and at the expensive prices they charge. It’s disgusting 🤮 on how the young people that work there just don’t care anymore. We won’t be returning again for another hard dollar wasted to throw it in the trash. Use gloves and hairnets so people can enjoy what the pay for.
Best frozen custard we’ve ever had—creamy goodness!!! The dipped waffle cone didn’t fail to impress either-plenty of thick chocolate on the rim. Will definitely be back!!!
