“We just had a wonderful dinner at Noosa's Bistro. Kellie, our server, was very pleasant & efficient. My husband and I shared a wonderful beet salad -- the dressing is superb, and plenty for both of us. I enjoyed the sea scallops on zucchini fritter appetizer-- enough dinner for me! My husband had the smallest size of prime rib, and still brought half of it home. This is the first time we've been to the Bistro. We frequented the old Noosa Restaurant on Rte 20 near 306 years ago. I was delighted to see that the atmosphere and meal at the Bistro was just as nice. We'll be back!”

“the staff is great! they are laid back, but not short on service. we had burgers that were SO good! cooked perfectly, big and juicy. the fries were excellent. there is a large selection of beer on tap plus a large selection of specialty drinks. becoming our favorite place!”

“Absolutely delicious! I got the renegade sirloin (rare) with redrock shrimp. Steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. The shrimp had an amazing taste from the sauce and were also cooked good, not that weird stringy stuff or tough but almost melted in your mouth. Baked potato was almost too pretty to eat. Also got to try the Brussel sprouts they were crispy and would get again! Our server was nice and prompt — asked for sour cream and got a side of mayo so that was funny and something to laugh about but they were busy so we just went it! Best longhorn I have been to and from previous experiences at different locations I was skeptical— this was outstanding!”

“Started with a shrimp cocktail - pretty standard fare with large size shrimp. We have a filet and swordfish. Both were hot and tasty. The bacon Brussel sprouts we very good according to my wife :-) , my side dishes were also very nice. The dessert was a cheese cake with berries - very creamy smooth cheese cake. Our waitress was very attentive.”

“First time impression. Delicious wrap and soup. Customer service could have been better. Stood at the end of the counter where a woman was making smoothies and expected a hello or can I help you? She never looked at me after several minutes and continued to work. I finally had to ask for help and felt like she wasn’t too happy I interrupted her. I will go back, though. Could have been an off night for that worker.”

“Went here on Saturday for an early dinner. The chips, guac, queso and salsa was a great start -- warm chips and fresh dips. I had the short ribs, my wife had a salmon salad and the couple with us split the chicken piccata. All were delicious. Will definitely go back.”

Next time you purchase games, PLEASE get the Jurassic Park virtual video game - all of the other local Chuck E. Cheese's have it (Mayfield, North Olmstead) but Mentor's doesn't and my 4 year old loves that game.”

Our table had the Mardi Gras omelette, Chicken and Waffles and the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict. No complaints, super tasty! Definitely my new favorite brunch spot! For the people who complain about waiting, you can simply join the wait-list online. It takes 10 seconds to fill out and submit. We had zero wait upon arrival because we utilized the wait-list.”

“I became acquainted with Mission BBQ when they had a food truck at the Chardon Maple Festival several years ago. The pulled pork sandwich with the coleslaw is my favorite. Everything my family and I have tried here has been incredible. And we love the atmosphere as well. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you love BBQ and food for the soul, you’ll love Mission BBQ.”

The place is clean and neat but a fly can be a very annoying problem and sometimes hard to keep out. I have the same problem when I’m cooking outside and I have to open my patio door. The little buggers sneak right in. This won’t stop me from returning as there are several items on his menu I would like to try.”

“My family and I LOVE Maki. Their food is always fresh, and delicious. I haven't found my favorite dish YET. Too many to choose from. I love their Beef Pho, and Yakisoba. My husband enjoys ALL of their specialty sushi. Their waitresses are always kind, and attentive. My husband is always thirsty, and never has an empty cup. The main man...sushi preparer is amazing! Always delivers a beautiful dish! Out of all the restaurants we frequent in Lake County....Maki is always consistent with their food quality and service.”

“If you've ever wanted to open a random door and walk into a completely other realm. This is the place. It's basically a speakeasy smack dab in the middle of Mentor Avenue. 4 stars because the last time I was there they only accepted cash.”

The food itself is a massive bargain as well, massive portion sizes and balanced flavors. I don't know how you get a protein shake/meal replacement to taste that good. The atmosphere and very welcoming as well. The owners are super nice, knowledgeable and they genuinely care for their customers. They take the time to go over all aspects of their ingredients and what goes into their concoctions, which makes a huge difference. I can't wait to go back!!

I walked in and I wish for the life of me I would have got the man's name, however, there were 3 guys in the back talking and another man who looked like he might have been getting a delivery together. The man who was getting the delivery together looked over at the other guys and said hey you have a customer. They didn't budge, so he came over and got my name and asked if it was a pick up. He went over to look at the pizzas and called one of the other guys over. He said hey I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing. The guy comes over like ok, what? she's good to go..... I went to get the pizzas and the man who came over to help in the beginning grabbed my pizzas and said he would bring them out for me. He took my pizzas all the way to my car and sat them in the car for me. This man was so kind!! Thank you again sir!”

They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.”
