We really like coming here, and every thing is sooo good.....just wish employees were A LOT more friendly...lucky to get a hello. No smiles, no have a nice day just very much get in and GET out kinda vibe.
Despite being very busy (football) Sunday, they gave us great service. Chatted with all the people who came in AND the amount of items they put on was fabulous. We love that there is Jersey Mike's in Mentor

Very good subs! Usually I am greeted with with a friendly greeting by the personnel, but today a person behind the counter was yelling are you ready to order! The only other customer was in front of me looking at the menu. My initial reaction was he is rudely asking for her order. Then he yelled again are you ready to order! I asked if he was asking me? He said he was and was very irritated. I ordered my sub and asked if he was the manager, he said he operated 6 stores. I commented...read full review
