I was in a big bind, 45 min before the start of a baby shower hosting 40 people when my homemade rice turned to sludge. We are affectionately calling it “mashed potato rice”.😂 I called this location and they went out of their way to make rice for 40 people and have it ready in time for the shower. They did this while attending to a line to the door of customers and it never stopped moving. They saved my proverbial hide today and I’m thankful!
Great food but I called the Mentor location and the automated message said it was open for dining/ordering inside. Get there and there are signs posted saying online ordering only. Had to order online and wait in the parking lot.
This Chipotle is usually such a fresh air compared to what I experience at the Painesville Chipotle. I just got food at 10PM and every single thing I could have wanted was in stock, including chips and guac. So, I’m a very happy camper. Keep up the good work! I
