About Panda Express

Panda Express is a popular restaurant situated along a busy road, ensuring freshly prepared food. While there may be a wait for the food, customers are rewarded with hot and delicious meals. The menu offers a variety of options, including the customer's go-to order of chow mein with broccoli beef, although some may find the chow mein has a lot of onion. The restaurant is known for its excellent customer service, with friendly and accommodating staff who are willing to make special requests, such as the fresh honey walnut shrimp.

The food is generally well-received, with the beef broccoli being plentiful and delicious. However, some customers have found the fried rice to be bland and dry. The teriyaki chicken is also described as tender and good, but the fried rice is again mentioned as dry and plain.

The service is praised, with staff members apologizing for wait times and offering complimentary drinks. Customers have reported that the food is always fresh, hot, and yummy, and the restaurant offers good value for money, allowing families to be fed for around $40 with leftovers. The restaurant's mobile app also provides opportunities to earn rewards and coupons.

Overall, Panda Express provides a positive dining experience with fresh, tasty food and friendly, accommodating service.
