Applebee's Grill + Bar has continued to improve over the past year, much to the satisfaction of many customers. Despite a previous steak mishap, the staff quickly made it right, showing their commitment to customer experience. The atmosphere, service, and food are perfect for a date night or casual dining. The restaurant is well-known for its friendly and helpful servers, especially Jason, who always makes guests feel welcome and ensures they are satisfied. The kid-friendly environment remains a popular feature, and the Mountain Dew Berry Blast drink continues to be a favorite. Parking is convenient, and wheelchair accessibility remains good. Overall, Applebee's remains a go-to spot in Mentor and Ashtabula, Ohio, appreciated for its welcoming staff and consistent quality.
