We have always gone to the location on the Westside. At this mentor location we noticed right away how much friendlier everyone working there was. Then we noticed how much cleaner it was. Then we noticed how well managed the buffets were. The food was hot and just as you would want it to be. The salad was fresh and crispy l. The seafood was good!! Upon entry we were greeted with smiles.The best part for me was the "Hibachi" grill where you can pick your own items to stir fry and ALL the fixings to enjoy a delicious tasty meal. The servers are observant and clear tab.

The customer service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The servers are attentive and has a very good memory of my drink order.Parking: The parking lot is large and there's plenty of handicapped parking as well.Kid-friendliness: The food is really good and there are kid friendly choices like chicken nuggets, pizza, and french fries.
