Not letting people get their orders in the drive thru is a huge inconvenience. People with chronic illnesses or handicap will be disadvantaged. Wont be returning until it’s fixed.

Never had an issue Doordashing from here but today I had to go inside to pick up a dash order instead of the drive thru, which makes no sense. Then when inside the girl gives me attitude like can I see confirmation? And I’m thinking u could have done that at the drive thru as well. Stop making stupid rules and just give us the food and let us do our job!

Visited yesterday 12-31-23 and the staff working was awesome. They were pretty busy and seemed short staffed but they remained extremely friendly and helpful!! They were working very hard!! And great food!

Chloe at the mentor ave mentor Ohio location is AMAZINGGGG! This is the third time she has serviced us and each time she is more helpful than the last. I’ll tell you what, if she didn’t already have a job, we would scoop her up at Walgreens for sure lol Youu guys got a good one there don’t let her go! Thanks again Chloe❤️

First time going there and the staff was very helpful and friendly, they even give a sample to make sure you choose correctly.We just went back and had another great lunch.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible tables for wheelchairs.
Unfortunately you get a -10 star due to melted plastic being in my food. The cashier was awesome. It doesn't take much to care and I truly believe whoever prepared the food did not care and sent the food out like that. We will never return. If I am paying for a service I would like to think you would take time to be careful with what you serve.

Increasing prices and shrinking portion sizes, took them a bit longer to succumb to gross tricks than most other fast food places so at least we got to enjoy it while it lasted.
