We just finished our dinner tonight and had a great time. Food is always good. Our server Laura W really went above expectations despite the big crowd there. Thanks Laura for your service and attention.
The food might be good but our service was even better. Every time I come here I make sure to ask for Elysia. I’ve been to many restaurants in the Mentor area and Elysia is one of the best servers I have ever had. Always on top of everything!!

It was either an off day or BJ's is on the decline. We've been here numerous times, but today, our food was room temperature and just okay. Our waitress was nice and attentive, but the food was lacking. It wasn't that busy when we were there as it was between the lunch and dinner time rush. If we weren't so hungry, I would have sent the food back to get warmed up. And, it wasn't just one item- it was a chicken sandwich, a burger and both of our fries.
