Gloria Jean's Coffees has good specialty drinks and delicious drinks no matter iced or hot or frozen. The service can be out of this world with the biggest smile, but other times the employees seem to be mad that you want to order. One customer had a qhite chocolate caramel drink that was phenomenal and would bypass Starbucks any day. However, another visit showed employees overwhelmed by 4 drink orders with 5 employees, and an employee got visibly mad at customers waiting. There was also a notice on the counter saying "back in a flash" two times in last week, but it was more than a flash, so no coffee was available. Good service brings people back, but based off the employees attitudes, some debate on returning.
