“my favorite place to have coffee! Great customer service!“

“They have a drive thru & service was quick & friendly! ♡ Definitely will be returning! Java Chip Smoothie was a dream come true!“

“. . . Friendly barista 👊✌“

“The staff here is so kind and literally make my day every morning. THANK YOU for choosing kindness . And the drinks aren't bad either 🙂“

“As a lady of culture and fine taste , I rarely frequent chain establishments, but this starbucks takes the champagne darling! I had no idea what I wanted from the vast menu, but Kat led me to make a fine decision. She was sweet, calm and friendly as well were the other coffee baristas. Kuddos to the staff for making a welcoming and homey feeling.“

“The customer service at this location is hands down the best!! My wife is the PTSA president at the high school and she was coordinating a student appreciation event where she wanted to provide donuts to the kids during their lunch times. This means that over 2,000 donuts are needed. This Dunkin location was the ONLY place that was able to pull off such a task. From the beginning they were so friendly and we knew we were in good hands. The morning of the pickup they messaged that everything was ready. We came to pickup the donuts and they were so helpful carrying everything out. We filled three Jeeps fully with donuts. They even offered to drive if we didn't have room for all of them. The event was a HUGE success at the school and we couldn't have done it without all the great people at this Dunkin location. We would give them 100 stars if we could. THANK YOU!!“

“Great service! I was there this morning and the girl Penny at the drive through window is always smiling and having fun with her fellow coworkers. She always compliments my tattoos and greets me at the speaker by name. I live in Painesville but make time out of my day to visit this location.“

“I absolutely love the employees at this location. I live in Painesville n will ONLY drive to this particular location when I'm needing my coffee. I highly recommend THIS place to ANYONE!!!“

“More amused by the comments/ reviews, than the way this franchise is run. Complaining about long lines and not being able to get their fancy coffee just so. Oh, and the high prices, OMG! Try this. Get your lazy azz out of bed and show up before it gets busy. Make your own donuts & fancy coffee if you don’t like the prices. Personally, I feel sorry for these folks getting in there before sunrise, on a weekend, to make these treats. If you don’t like it, go elsewhere. I’m sure they want miss you if they have lines around the building!“

“I'd given up on McDonald's dinner food in recent years. For one thing, the fries at other locations were disgusting, over cooked slabs of fried potato strips.
But were were nearby at dinner time, and decided to give it a shot. Two big mac meals with fries and cokes, that were as good as i'd ever had in the early years. I don't know how this location gets it so right when other locations can't but the meal was simply perfect, making me wonder if they've gone back to beef tallow like other fast food joints. Regardless of what the reasons are, this individually owned McDonald's is doing things old school, and I love it!“

“Thank you for the $1 refill Mondays on coffee?. I like this Speedway store; I'm not sure why people have negative comments about the employees here. If you give respect you get respect back. They've been very pleasant to me. And c'mon now...this is most definitely *not* a bad area!“

“It's McDonald's what else is there to say?! The prices are no longer cheap and some items have gotten smaller. Depending on the time of day, your wait may be longer, but overall the service is good but the price isn't as economical as it once was.“

“Ordered the Big Mac meal. I had not had a Big Mac in about 2 years. When do the drive-thru right after lunch time. The fries were hot and the burger tasted great. My Sprite with easy ice was just like I like it. This location seems to have its act together.“
