“This location is great. My family came when the owner was there on our first visit. He was helpful and very pleasant i order 5 drinks that day which he made perfectly. “I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

“Love it here! They have a huge variety of beverages, coffee and not. And all their drinks can be made hot, iced or frozen! My favorite is a hot mocha mocha. Or for something cold and refreshing I love their lemonade with strawberry boba and added zip for energy! Very friendly staff 😊“

The workers are so nice and welcoming and they give great suggestions on what drinks to try especially if it’s your first time like it was mine. Jasmine the lovely lady with the vibrant pink hair, is always a pleasure to see. She makes the best drink combos! She made me a specialty drink which was an iced chai latte with caramel syrup and whipped cream. That was the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my life! I would totally recommend coming to 7 brew in Willoughby there’s no place like it!“
