I was presented with excellent customer service the employee name is Chole was very helpful and informative.
I love 7 Brew! Certainly, the beverages are delicious. But what amazes me is the volume of business they’re able to conduct out of this tiny island in the middle of a shopping center. And the prices they charge are premium! (That’s why I don’t come here very often). I imagine anyone in business would be interested in a model like this. Make sure your public-facing employees are neat, polite, and service-oriented, also be sure your product is high-quality.

7 Brew Coffee has great staff and great coffee. The service is always friendly and the drinks are correct. The staff, including Anna, Brittany, Kyra, and Brittni, are always helpful and nice. Customers have a good experience and come back, even going out of their way for 7 Brew Coffee. The environment is friendly and warm. People love the iced coffee and think it is delicious. Customers come every day or every Sunday and are never disappointed with the service.
