I like that for leftovers, they have aluminum foil to wrap up your food and paper bags, for sustainability.“

“The food is amazing. Been there 2x now and both times OUTSTANDING. The spanakopita is hands down the BEST I've ever had. The Greek salad was delicious and the quality ? Both of us today commented on the quality ingredients. The feta cheese is crumbly but not dry at all, flavorful not salty, creamy but not gooey. The scones are delicious not average. Great flavor and the texture is extra fine. I can't find a flaw in anything I've had there. Truly a destination for lunch.“

As an international student, I finally found gelato in the United States that is cheaper than in China.The clerk was very friendly and provided tastings and recommended flavors.The only regret was that the pistachio flavor wasn't very strong, maybe because I had another rich chocolate flavor.I hope you can add some chopped pistachios to the pistachio flavor, then it will be perfect！It's a pity that I didn't get the green apple flavor, I'm about to finish my studies and leave the United States, and probably won't come back for a long time. “An absolute must-stop when in the area. Great pastries and desserts mixed with terrific hot and cold drinks makes me wish I was a local and could go frequently. Additionally, I haven't met an employee that wasn't kind and personable. Their whole bean coffees on hand are some of my favorite blends and brew perfectly in a French Press; I always stock up when in town. Arabica will not disappoint.“

It is a challenging coffee shop to sit and read a book in with the loud pop music playing, and the occasional ad from not paying for their streaming service. Aside from the music, I’d like if the lighting was a little warmer. But overall it’s an enjoyable place to be and makes nice use of a historic structure in downtown Willoughby.“

My husband and I have frequented Biggby often over the last 2 months. This morning husband ordered a medium decaf Teddy Bear for me. Just the way I like it, the whipped cream dressings and all. Yum! He ordered it in a large cup so it would maintain. Once opening it, the dressings & whip were totally missing. Ok, mistakes happen. He takes it right back, and he had to pay for the coffee, again! The guy made him pay for 2 cups of coffee, on their mistake. Really!?!? Not, a big deal, but very disappointing. We'll be back! “I love Cafe Europa. Had a taste for the chicken paprikash and so stopped in and it was summer and raining out, so it was quiet inside It's only a few patrons in one on the covered patio. Love their homemade Italian dressing for the salad and the chicken paprikash taste it was great as always, a generous portion. Enough potential room though for the dessert. Couple of beers available and wine by the bottle if you're inclined to have a drink too. Very comfortable eating here alone.“

Ranging from a classic mocha to the bizarre Cleavelander(Mocha Mango) they have a mocha drink for everyone. That's right, they have lattes however their real trade is mocha specific with a personalized mocha blend that makes every drink come to life. Anyone can put syrups in coffee and milk. Not everyone can make a mocha that you can come back to consistently.“

“I'll start with AMAZING, in every respect - especially the staff behind the counter Lou and Mero. You guys rock. After having had one my worst lifetime coffee experiences the day before in Little Italy (you probably know what store I'm talking about - gag), I had my doubts about another Cleveland Coffee Shop. Well, boy was I dead wrong. First of all you can (must) get your coffee in either glassware or ceramic - did you know that in the US we use 16 billion single use coffee cups a year? Not to mention it tastes much better. So A+ for that. Then, the spelling of all the espresso drinks is correct. Major pet peeve to see missing Cs and Ps in cappuccino, missing H or C in Macchiato etc. And they have Cortado! Two bean choices for espresso drinks including a single origin from Oaxaca?! OMG. And Lou speaks accentless Spanish? Oh, and the cortados and cappuccino were seriously top notch. Spoiled in LA with amazing coffee shops everywhere, but I wish we had Lou, Mero and Rising Star here as well. Well done Cleveland! Can't wait to go back. Gracias.“

The cashier said yes of course but so you know we only have sugar free vanilla right now, is that ok? Then while I was waiting the barista was hilarious. Great service. The latte was delicious as well. The lids fit right. BUT the sleeves don't actually insulate the cup so your hand will be warm.“
