“This location is great. The staff here is friendly and efficient. I go inside more often and the store is always clean. I have been through the drive through as well. I must make note and give a special shout out to Frannie. She made a recent drive through visit memorable. She is very warm and has a great demeanor. All around great experience on each visit.“

“Literally the best mocha. Depending on the day I come for that, or the pistachio cold brew. They have the most affordable BLT in the area, I could never justify paying for one while I was out until I looked at their menu!

The only change I would make to this place— I’d love to see them stay open until at least 4:30. I know how much more money you could’ve made off of ME alone if longer hours were possible!“

“This location is great. My family came when the owner was there on our first visit. He was helpful and very pleasant i order 5 drinks that day which he made perfectly. We visited again today and bought 6 more drinks and the cashier was really nice as well. We'll continue to patronize this location, the atmosphere is great as well!!!“

“I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

“I love this 7 brew so much! Every time I go it’s a vibe. They always have a great playlist playing while you place your order. The workers are so nice and welcoming and they give great suggestions on what drinks to try especially if it’s your first time like it was mine. Jasmine the lovely lady with the vibrant pink hair, is always a pleasure to see. She makes the best drink combos! She made me a specialty drink which was an iced chai latte with caramel syrup and whipped cream. That was the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my life! I would totally recommend coming to 7 brew in Willoughby there’s no place like it!“

It's a new building. The staff that was working were so sweet & welcoming.
They offered a few suggestions on the menu, told me about the holiday sale on their holiday tumblers & holiday items.
As I was waiting on my latte. I looked around the place. It's quiet, relaxed & conducive to focus on studying &/or work. Just about every spot has an outlet for charging your phone, tablet or laptop.“

“The customer service at this location is hands down the best!! My wife is the PTSA president at the high school and she was coordinating a student appreciation event where she wanted to provide donuts to the kids during their lunch times. This means that over 2,000 donuts are needed. This Dunkin location was the ONLY place that was able to pull off such a task. From the beginning they were so friendly and we knew we were in good hands. The morning of the pickup they messaged that everything was ready. We came to pickup the donuts and they were so helpful carrying everything out. We filled three Jeeps fully with donuts. They even offered to drive if we didn't have room for all of them. The event was a HUGE success at the school and we couldn't have done it without all the great people at this Dunkin location. We would give them 100 stars if we could. THANK YOU!!“
