“An excellent coffee and customer service experience. I can finally give this coffee shop 5 stars now that I have officially tried all of their drinks. Ranging from a classic mocha to the bizarre Cleavelander(Mocha Mango) they have a mocha drink for everyone. That's right, they have lattes however their real trade is mocha specific with a personalized mocha blend that makes every drink come to life. Anyone can put syrups in coffee and milk. Not everyone can make a mocha that you can come back to consistently.“

We live 15 mins away and I’m both sad and relieved we’re not closer because we would be there every day. “An absolute must-stop when in the area. Great pastries and desserts mixed with terrific hot and cold drinks makes me wish I was a local and could go frequently. Additionally, I haven't met an employee that wasn't kind and personable. Their whole bean coffees on hand are some of my favorite blends and brew perfectly in a French Press; I always stock up when in town. Arabica will not disappoint.“
“I go to this location instead of the one 5 minutes from my house because 1. Their coffee is ALWAYS good (and consistent), 2. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and friendly, and 3. They ALWAYS get me in and out! I always get a hot, medium coffee with cream and sugar and one extra cream. That's how I request it and it's always good! If the quality of coffee doesn’t make you a regular here the atmosphere and friendly staff will me and my husband get our coffee here almost every morning and the staff knows us and our order! “Wow, what a gem! I had heard about this place for a while but had never gone until last weekend. There were probably about 20 or so tables and people were in and out a decent amount, so there wasn't trouble finding a spot.Nice big parking lot!Friendly service and everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful.Holy SCHMOLY though, the highlight of the trip were our lattes (I had mine with oat milk and it was AMAZING) and the Golden Veggie Bowl blew me away. I knew it'd be tasty but didn't expect it to be so good I'd crave it the very next day! Amazing!!!They have a variety of chocolate items for purchase, all of which looked delicious! “Not many restaurants serve Eggs Benedict and this one cooks them up at very fair cost. If you want a fancy brunch with ambience, don't go here! Locals wouldn't like being forced to share. If you want home cooked breakfast with good coffee & friendly faces, Gracie's will serve that up plus more. Come to observe the daily old mens club getting together. Gracie's also close to fenced in doggy park - order to go & bring your dog!“
“My favorite giant eagle/market district. Large selection. It's like giant eagle on steroids'. I come here almost every week. Their sushi is much better than the ones at a regular giant eagle. I prefer this store over whole foods and heinen's because it's less stressful and the people are nicer.“

“I’ve only been there once and it was a long time ago and really enjoyed everything about our visit. Went up there this morning March 30, 2024 and couldn’t find it. Attempted to call but no answer. Hope they’re still open, but definitely exterior signage needs to be improved. We must’ve circled area for five minutes with no luck.“
“This McDonald’s is insane. ? The food is hot and fresh every time. They prepare the food the way they’re supposed to. Friendly and quick service even when they’re busy. My order is accurate every time. I might come back one more time before I start my cleanse and after that I gotta stay away from this McDonald’s for a while. ?“
“Nice coffee shop. I usually get a Matcha latte which is always good and fairly priced. It is a challenging coffee shop to sit and read a book in with the loud pop music playing, and the occasional ad from not paying for their streaming service. Aside from the music, I’d like if the lighting was a little warmer. But overall it’s an enjoyable place to be and makes nice use of a historic structure in downtown Willoughby.“
“Our family stopped in for lunch. There are lots of soup, salad, and sandwich options! With two young ones, they loved pepperoni and cheese pizza! My daughter, who has celiac, loved having gluten-free wrap options. She went with chicken pesto and chips. I got the Steph's salad, which was amazing with strawberries and nuts. My husband got the Asian salad. It was all very fresh!There are two entrances, one outside and one from the mall. The staff was super friendly and the place was well maintained. There are mall restrooms right outside the doors.From a blind perspective, I was able to move easily between tables. The windows provide lots of natural light. “I love Cafe Europa. Had a taste for the chicken paprikash and so stopped in and it was summer and raining out, so it was quiet inside It's only a few patrons in one on the covered patio. Love their homemade Italian dressing for the salad and the chicken paprikash taste it was great as always, a generous portion. Enough potential room though for the dessert. Couple of beers available and wine by the bottle if you're inclined to have a drink too. Very comfortable eating here alone.“

“My sisters and I stopped by for a late breakfast. All was good except for the worst blueberry muffin on the planet. Not sure they wanted to get rid of some gluten free ones or just an old one. Either way I paid an upcharge for it over toast. Little things make a difference.“
“The food is amazing. Been there 2x now and both times OUTSTANDING. The spanakopita is hands down the BEST I've ever had. The Greek salad was delicious and the quality ? Both of us today commented on the quality ingredients. The feta cheese is crumbly but not dry at all, flavorful not salty, creamy but not gooey. The scones are delicious not average. Great flavor and the texture is extra fine. I can't find a flaw in anything I've had there. Truly a destination for lunch.“
