“One of my absolute favorite places to be. The scones and muffins are great and made fresh daily. They also have glueten free scones. The coffee is so good and it's just a great place to sit and read. Love it there.

“I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

“The food here was amazing and the owner was very kind. We talked to him for a little bit and he showed us pictures of his grandkids. Very sweet, will return.
I had the chicken paprikash and it was delicious. Their bread was also delicious and homemade. Just about everything is homemade and a nice selection of imported goodies, wine, and beer.“

“Really cute place right on the town square where I stopped on a road trip with my family visiting from New Zealand. The staff were incredibly friendly (wish I'd gotten their names!) and even offered us flat whites (a popular style of coffee in New Zealand). The coffees were among the best on our trip, and we will always fondly remember this spot. A must-visit if you're passing through Chagrin Falls!“

“Whoever manages this place knows what they are doing. All other restaurants should take some notes ? in person or mobile ordering even in the rush of the morning or lunch hour, they are super quick, accurate and friendly. I’m always amazed if I go running in there and there’s a line and I’m still out of there in only a few minutes. Thank you! Everyone that works there is great and I appreciate I can count on the service every time I go in to be exactly as described above. Koodos to this Dunkin’ location! ? ☕️!!!“

“Really nice Starbucks. Big dining area and a really large drive through. Easy access in and out of the parking area. Great shopping near by and lots of other fun stuff to do. “The workers at this Dunkin location were especially helpful and wanted to please their customers. This is refreshing, considering some of the other Dunkin locations have nasty employees and low-quality food. They even gave recommendations when we were sure what to order. Would stop here again!“

“How did my wife and I just find about this place? I thought it was new. I asked the waitress and was told it's been there for 7 years! We have been missing out! I love small cozy diners, and this fits the bill. Food was great. I got the breakfast burrito, and it was excellent! My wife enjoyed her meal also. Looking forward to going back!“
“They are always so kind there and fast service. Today I got a pink drink and it didn’t look right and tasted super sour. Didn’t catch the names of the two young guys who worked there. But they gave me a new drink without a problem and was never rude or anything like that. Even had me try it before I left. Will always return.“
