“Literally the best mocha. Depending on the day I come for that, or the pistachio cold brew. They have the most affordable BLT in the area, I could never justify paying for one while I was out until I looked at their menu!

I’ve been a semi-regular for about a year, and am so grateful for their contribution to the community.

The only change I would make to this place— I’d love to see them stay open until at least 4:30. I know how much more money you could’ve made off of ME alone if longer hours were possible!“

“This location is great. My family came when the owner was there on our first visit. He was helpful and very pleasant i order 5 drinks that day which he made perfectly. We visited again today and bought 6 more drinks and the cashier was really nice as well. We'll continue to patronize this location, the atmosphere is great as well!!!“

“I make sure to stop and get a coffee every time I pass through downtown! Their coffee is great and while the place gets busy during rush hour, I feel their speed is quick and efficient. They are always very nice and offer their recommendations when asked. If you are a coffee lover I would highly recommend you stop. “I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

The workers are so nice and welcoming and they give great suggestions on what drinks to try especially if it’s your first time like it was mine. Jasmine the lovely lady with the vibrant pink hair, is always a pleasure to see. She makes the best drink combos!
