“This is a really nice SB. 5 mins from the hotels off Chagrin Blvd. It is a little tricky to find but well worth it! The 2 girls that were on duty couldn't have been nicer & more accommodating. The SB is situated just behind it facing W. Brainard. You can follow Google maps or continue straight & take next left @ the traffic light - which is way easier. Names of items include broths as Nature's Medicine, Porky Picante, Wakin' Bacon, Chime Chicken, Rebel Steak, Po-Kay Tuna, Power Plant. Grab and go, or eat on the patio. This is a neat venue that needs to be checked out. On a Monday at lunchtime Rebol was busy. Yelpers, when checking in, get a free pour-over coffee. Warm and yummy.“

My husband and I have frequented Biggby often over the last 2 months. This morning husband ordered a medium decaf Teddy Bear for me. Just the way I like it, the whipped cream dressings and all. Yum! He ordered it in a large cup so it would maintain. Once opening it, the dressings & whip were totally missing. Ok, mistakes happen. He takes it right back, and he had to pay for the coffee, again! The guy made him pay for 2 cups of coffee, on their mistake. Really!?!? Not, a big deal, but very disappointing. We'll be back! “This was a small mall type restaurant (I was expecting an eat in restaurant). The woman behind the counter was friendly and had our food made to order in about 15 minutes. We had perch po-boy and perch dinner and also a catfish po'boy. The fish was deliciously crunchy and flavorful - my mouth wanted more even when oli was full. Fries were really tasty and had some seasoning that icouldn't describe but was phenomenal with the bbq sauce drizzled on top. The coleslaw on topwas great too. The place is small and the menu is limited and there aren't many seats in this tiny mall that that it was located in but it was the best fish sandwich I've had in at least a decade.“

Olivia and the owner are the only two people I have ran across working in there and I have been coming for about 2 years. the owner isn’t quite the people person and I can say he does lack common and decent communication skills and customer service skill making him come off as snarky and rude. However, Olivia is such a doll and is the reason I come back. She always asks how I have been and tells us to come back in soon when she doesn’t see us in a long time. She is amazing at working and still holding conversation, she brings a warm and welcoming feel. She makes sure my friends and I receive our points for being loyal customers and she’s just very personable…if you haven’t been before she will give you recommendations.. she’s very patient when you aren’t sure what you want and never has a problem explaining the menu. The only thing I would like to see is permanent and consistent business hours and if not that a working phone just so people can call to inquire before coming up.“
“I go to this very super-awesome, super-fantastic place and drive-thru every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) morning. Sometimes I get the big breakfast. Other days, I get the super cool Sausage Egg McMuffin. And today, I got the Sausage Egg McMuffin. Along with the hash brown. Staff was reasonable and professional with our food this morning. Breakfast food was delivered to our car quicker. Drinks were delivered quicker, too. Drive-thru at breakfast time and lunch time is always quick. “I'll start with AMAZING, in every respect - especially the staff behind the counter Lou and Mero. You guys rock. After having had one my worst lifetime coffee experiences the day before in Little Italy (you probably know what store I'm talking about - gag), I had my doubts about another Cleveland Coffee Shop. Well, boy was I dead wrong. First of all you can (must) get your coffee in either glassware or ceramic - did you know that in the US we use 16 billion single use coffee cups a year? Not to mention it tastes much better. So A+ for that. Then, the spelling of all the espresso drinks is correct. Major pet peeve to see missing Cs and Ps in cappuccino, missing H or C in Macchiato etc. And they have Cortado! Two bean choices for espresso drinks including a single origin from Oaxaca?! OMG. And Lou speaks accentless Spanish? Oh, and the cortados and cappuccino were seriously top notch. Spoiled in LA with amazing coffee shops everywhere, but I wish we had Lou, Mero and Rising Star here as well. Well done Cleveland! Can't wait to go back. Gracias.“
