“I had to come on here and give these people a 5 star review. If there were more stars I would give it to them. They are always beyond nice, always smiling and super friendly. The food is always very fresh and nothing is ever wrong with my order. They are super fast and just absolutely amazing even when it’s morning and it is super busy they get everybody out very quickly and everything is always correct. It is very nice to see a smiling face and amazing customer service in the morning Or basically anytime during the day. They absolutely deserve 10 stars. Best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I never do a lot of reviews, but they absolutely deserve it.“

“Really cute place right on the town square where I stopped on a road trip with my family visiting from New Zealand. The staff were incredibly friendly (wish I'd gotten their names!) and even offered us flat whites (a popular style of coffee in New Zealand). The coffees were among the best on our trip, and we will always fondly remember this spot. A must-visit if you're passing through Chagrin Falls!“

“I've been coming to Heartwood (all locations) for a couple years now and NO CAFE in Ohio beats their coffee. I'm super picky about my coffee (how acidic, bitter, notes, etc) and I have tried almost all cafes around Cleveland and none of them compare to Heartwood - even beats Rising Star... The service is always so good and quick with super kind/welcoming employees, and the owner is always smiling! I absolutely adore the decor and vibe the cafe locations offer. It's the perfect place for a solo date, brunch/lunch, work spot, meeting, etc! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Heartwood and wish there was one closer to my city (Broadview Heights). I recommend this company to everyone looking for the best coffee (local and out of state)! Do yourself a favor and RUN to Heartwood now because I promise you all not regret it!“

“Just a great place to enjoy coffee and either study, read, or have some quality time with friends. I spent many hours here when I was in college mainly studying or discussing subjects A-Z. All other restaurants should take some notes ? in person or mobile ordering even in the rush of the morning or lunch hour, they are super quick, accurate and friendly. “I just recently moved back to Lakewood. I saw that the old Burger King was now a Starbucks. A friend and I visited earlier today and I absolutely love all the space, the seating and the opportunity to watch fellow Lakewoodites. This Starbucks is one of the nicest ones I've been in.

Although I did go in to the store and after ordering a mobile order, I ordered a pink drink with a splash of peach juice and when I received it the beverage was not filled all the way. Got a breakfast baguette once and a bacon gouda egg sandwich 2nd time. BOTH sandwiches were on STALE AND HARD bread. It's a shame when you expect good food at a good batista and get food that's less appetizing than McDonalds!! I believe the eggs weren't even real.“

They all seemed happy to be working there. It is a nice and cozy. Don't let the outside of the building fool you, the interior is beautiful. Great place to stop and have a quick bite to eat. Driveway and parking cannot accommodate large trucks, trailers or RVs and you will need to use an adjacent parking lot if your traveling in one of these. Highly recommend this location.“
