I had never heard of Nervous Dog, but was in the area and happened to see a sign for it. Baristas are wonderful, coffee is amazing, and the food is fresh and sooo good! Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area.
Let me start off by saying I do not like coffee but have always wanted to enjoy it. A friend brought me here back in 2019 and had me to try a Bonfire. I have been absolutely hooked since. I will drive for 20 minutes plus to go get an amazing coffee from here. Not to mention the amazing pastries. Y’all need to open a location in the Green/Canton area!
I have been a customer of the Montrose Nervous Dog for many years now. Normally my interactions with the staff are very pleasant….except today. The woman who “helped” today takes offense to my questions about my being credited appropriately for the loyalty program. Maybe it’s just a personality mismatch but, unfortunately, this hasn’t been my first unpleasant interaction with her.

With rotating coffee bean flavors, sugar-free syrup options, and outdoor patio seating, Nervous Dog is the place for coffee, good vibes, and delicious sandwiches. Starbucks might churn out java like it’s spreadsheet fuel, but this place brews personality by the cup.
