“6am on a Saturday and staff was ready to rock. We were greeted with smiles and got custom positive messages on our cups. Which were much needed after driving 40 min. to CLE Hopkins only to have our multi-leg, 20-hour, int'l flight cancelled for the 2nd day in a row (by American, for the record)... Sometimes, the little things go a long way. Much appreciated!!!“

“This is by far the BEST dunkin, or any “fast food” place I’ve been too. The staff is amazing!! I’ve always got the best customer service and never a messed up order. “I love 7 Brew! Certainly, the beverages are delicious. But what amazes me is the volume of business they’re able to conduct out of this tiny island in the middle of a shopping center. And the prices they charge are premium! (That’s why I don’t come here very often). I imagine anyone in business would be interested in a model like this. Make sure your public-facing employees are neat, polite, and service-oriented, also be sure your product is high-quality.

Most restauranteurs will tell you that the price you pay is partially for “real estate.“ In other words, somebody’s got to pay for the atmosphere and decor, at least. But 7 Brew has none of that yet they levy a fairly harsh “tax“ for the privilege of purchasing there.

I suppose the drive-in/drive out feature deserves some compensation. But again, I don’t come here often because I would expect the pricing would reflect the lack of amenities offered. (note, for all my complaining I still return every three months or so.)“
