“I'll start with AMAZING, in every respect - especially the staff behind the counter Lou and Mero. You guys rock. After having had one my worst lifetime coffee experiences the day before in Little Italy (you probably know what store I'm talking about - gag), I had my doubts about another Cleveland Coffee Shop. Well, boy was I dead wrong. First of all you can (must) get your coffee in either glassware or ceramic - did you know that in the US we use 16 billion single use coffee cups a year? Not to mention it tastes much better. So A+ for that. Then, the spelling of all the espresso drinks is correct. Major pet peeve to see missing Cs and Ps in cappuccino, missing H or C in Macchiato etc. And they have Cortado! Two bean choices for espresso drinks including a single origin from Oaxaca?! OMG. And Lou speaks accentless Spanish? Oh, and the cortados and cappuccino were seriously top notch. Spoiled in LA with amazing coffee shops everywhere, but I wish we had Lou, Mero and Rising Star here as well. Well done Cleveland! Can't wait to go back. Gracias.“

“So glad we took the plunge to come here when we were doing our own walking tour. The description is funky with bols of vegan, vegetarian, paleo and GF organic meals. I call the meals nutritional rice bowls with veggies and protein. Add special sauces and bone broth. Delicious! The venue is located on Public Square outside Tower City. The inside seating is high-top tables, a counter and a few low tables. You choose your ingredients, or choose from the menu a bol already mixed. Names of items include broths as Nature's Medicine, Porky Picante, Wakin' Bacon, Chime Chicken, Rebel Steak, Po-Kay Tuna, Power Plant. Grab and go, or eat on the patio. This is a neat venue that needs to be checked out. On a Monday at lunchtime Rebol was busy. Yelpers, when checking in, get a free pour-over coffee. Warm and yummy.“

This was me and my family's second time here. We've tried The chef salad, humus and veggie tray, cheese sandwich, Sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, blueberry and banana nut muffins, chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon bun, root beer float, and mango smoothie. “Highly recommend! Slightly pricey but well worth it! We got a dark chocolate hot cocoa along with a mint hot Cocoa topped with whipped cream ,sprinkles and peppermint flakes. We also bought a tuxedo muffin which was so sweet and delicious. The muffin was chocolate with a cream cheese swirl. Service was out of this world. “This was a small mall type restaurant (I was expecting an eat in restaurant). The woman behind the counter was friendly and had our food made to order in about 15 minutes. We had perch po-boy and perch dinner and also a catfish po'boy. The fish was deliciously crunchy and flavorful - my mouth wanted more even when oli was full. Fries were really tasty and had some seasoning that icouldn't describe but was phenomenal with the bbq sauce drizzled on top. The coleslaw on topwas great too. The place is small and the menu is limited and there aren't many seats in this tiny mall that that it was located in but it was the best fish sandwich I've had in at least a decade.“

The sandwich wreaked of very strong onions I had to toss it because it literally left a onion smell everywhere, in my car, and on me. I went in for a coffee and left with a putrid onion smell… the cashiers were pleasant though.“
“I love Cafe Europa. Had a taste for the chicken paprikash and so stopped in and it was summer and raining out, so it was quiet inside It's only a few patrons in one on the covered patio. Love their homemade Italian dressing for the salad and the chicken paprikash taste it was great as always, a generous portion. Enough potential room though for the dessert. Couple of beers available and wine by the bottle if you're inclined to have a drink too. Very comfortable eating here alone.“

“I literally love it here I visit often, to the point where when my cousin and I come in Olivia already knows what we want. Olivia and the owner are the only two people I have ran across working in there and I have been coming for about 2 years. the owner isn’t quite the people person and I can say he does lack common and decent communication skills and customer service skill making him come off as snarky and rude. However, Olivia is such a doll and is the reason I come back. She always asks how I have been and tells us to come back in soon when she doesn’t see us in a long time. She is amazing at working and still holding conversation, she brings a warm and welcoming feel. She makes sure my friends and I receive our points for being loyal customers and she’s just very personable…if you haven’t been before she will give you recommendations.. she’s very patient when you aren’t sure what you want and never has a problem explaining the menu. The only thing I would like to see is permanent and consistent business hours and if not that a working phone just so people can call to inquire before coming up.“

My husband and I have frequented Biggby often over the last 2 months. This morning husband ordered a medium decaf Teddy Bear for me. Just the way I like it, the whipped cream dressings and all. Yum! He ordered it in a large cup so it would maintain. Once opening it, the dressings & whip were totally missing. Ok, mistakes happen. He takes it right back, and he had to pay for the coffee, again! The guy made him pay for 2 cups of coffee, on their mistake. Really!?!? Not, a big deal, but very disappointing. We'll be back!
