They are always willing to do whatever it takes to fulfill drink orders. They help for a great start to the day. This Willoughby location is fantastic! Thanks for making my days great :).
This store makes my morning every single day! I am so proud of how kind and caring the staff at WIllo-Som Starbucks is. They are always willing to provide a smile and the most welcoming atmosphere. I usually come to this Starbucks in the morning, on my way to work, and I always have a great experience! The employees are all so professional and genuinely kind to me. Dacoda, specifically, is an employee I have encountered many times in the drive-thru. She is so complimentary and sweet, and has offered recommendations when I wasn't sure what to order. It's always a good morning after stopping here!
