Great coffee, tasty food & lovely atmosphere!!! But, make sure to check your order, before you leave. Usually customer service is good. But unfortunately, not today. My husband and I have frequented Biggby often over the last 2 months. This morning husband ordered a medium decaf Teddy Bear for me. Just the way I like it, the whipped cream dressings and all. Yum! I must say as a dunkin donuts fan, biggby coffee is definitely better. I'm so glad I found this place. You can get their largest cold brew size for around 5$ meanwhile a large latte is 7$ at dunkin. Prices on drinks aren't bad. My favorite sandwich to get is their turkey, bacon, and cheddar bagel sandwich. I pay extra to add an egg to it.
