“Brassica in Shaker Heights was such a good find while visiting a friend. I went twice in one trip, that should tell you something. Got the salad bowl both times with hummus and basically loaded it up with everything, and it just works no matter what combo you put together. Tried the chicken on one visit and the brisket on the other, both were fabulous. Fair warning though, the brisket is subject to availability, so don't count on it being there every time.
Do yourself a favor and order the fries at least once even if you're trying to be good. They complement the bowl perfectly, and throwing a few fries right into the salad is genuinely a great move. Also have to mention the beer selection. Good local options and reasonably priced, which is a nice touch alongside the food.
This place earns the trip back any time I'm in the area.”

“Beautifully elevated Mexican cuisine restaurant! I was warmly greeted by the hostess who set me up with a cute and cozy table. She and my waitress both were very polite and attentive during my visit. But I must say….the food was a work of art! Stunning and delicious. Probably one of the best presentations of carnitas I’ve seen in Ohio. Actually with the best depth of flavor and the au jus it came in kicked it up a notch!! I also had the chicken fajita tacos which were very tasty, both with homemade tortillas. Lastly had some moscato for a desserty type drink! Very nice experience!”

“I talked my husband into going. We went on Friday evening, we sat at the bar, service was great. As we sat there I heard a saxophone with my back to the band. I asked my husband is that a sax I hear. He said yes. The band was good. My husband said "this is going to be my new go to place". Nice crowd.”

“Le Stand is one of my go-to spots—everything is always fresh and consistently good. The staff is extremely friendly, which makes the experience even better every time I go in.

I almost always get the avocado bowl, and it never disappoints. And I have to say, I love that they have white French dressing—it’s a small thing, but it sets them apart.

If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful food with great service, I highly recommend Le Stand.”

“Today was the first time I ever tried Beet Jar. I have been nextvdoor so many times and never knew this place was even there. I am OBSESSED!! It is SO good and fresh and the toadted sour dough bread veggie sandwich...I mean I cannot wait to go back for one tomorrow! Love love love this place!! “The times are not correct cause there’s no food actually out til closer to noon and the only food that’s there around 9pm is just left over cooked food so the best times to go is noon til about 7:30/8:00. And depending on who’s cooking the tenders could cook a little longer to get some crunchiness but food is good all around”
