“I love Domino's..! However, they have messed up my order b4 so always good to check before walking out. This last order the young lady called to verify twice to make changes & it was still not right. But, they were friendly and helpful. It was ready on time and I ordered at 7:30 am for dinner & placed it for the time I wanted, which was great.!! Ill continue to order from thislicatikn just making sure to check b4 leaving the store. I prefer carry out over Delivery..! Most mistakes happen with Delivery.

Parking: The parking is not great but, its parking free on street or across the street in the lot. I never really have a hard time finding parking“

“I ordered online and my food was done a few minutes after arrival, which was 5min before my assigned pick up time. My food was fresh and hot. I enjoyed the serious cheese pizza. Every bite of it was cheesy. The service was somewhat too relaxed. The cashier and other workers seemed to want to entertain eachother rather than attend to their guest. There was no greeting upon entering the store and the cashier attempt at being sarcastic was both rude and disrespectful. Additionally, his attire and poor grooming made me question if he worked at the restaurant. Very poor representation of the company. Nonetheless, I still left a tip for the meal not the service.“

“I ordered a pizza and it took 100 minutes to deliver when the estimate was 55-65 min. When the pizza got here, it was lukewarm at best. Now, why am I giving it 4 stars? Because the delivery driver told me that tonight, there were supposed to be 3 drivers but 2 didn't show so it was only him hurrying along delivering pizzas. The store can't be blamed for this, rather the economy of cleveland as a whole. The bottom line is, I asked for extra sauce and unlike Pizza Hut on chagrin (which closed down), papa johns at this location actually gave me extra sauce on the pizza. They might not be on time, and it seems like it's out of their control, but at least they respect your wishes on your pizza and listen to your instructions.“

“Despite the terrible reviews, I decided to give this location a chance. The inside of the store is quite run down and could use a good scrub. I ordered online and was given an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. There was a long line ahead of me when I arrived, but my food was ready when I reached the counter. The woman at the counter was less than enthusiastic. When I thanked her and told her I hoped she had a nice night she responded with a gruff “mmhmm”. Might have just been having a tough day. The personal pan pepperoni pizza I ordered was tasty though. It was hot and had a good amount of both pepperoni and cheese. I also liked that she was thoughtful enough to put my pizza in a bag with napkins.“

“Tried Valley Pizza for the first time tonight.Supreme Pizza. Wow.reminds me of the neat little mom and pop Pizza parlors from back it the day 1970s.Lots of flavor, even the dough tastes good.cant wait to try the other sauces.Very well done.Ill be back soon.“

“My wife and I stopped by for sandwiches, I had the uncle Joe and she had the Carlo . Our sandwiches were delicious and you have to get the bread pudding , it’s amazing !!!!“

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“
