“I love thin style pizzas, a la Il Rione and Pizzeria di Laura, but the bottom 1/3 end of our margherita pizza was crunchy, almost like a thick potato chip. The middle part up to the crust was good and the crust is quite large, but tasty. Although I don't like eating the crust that much. The taste of the middle portion of the pizza was good. We'll have to try this again.“

“Stopped in for a quick pickup during a work shift. Adonis greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming and accommodating. Pizza was cooked well and breadsticks were cooked great too. Adonis should be recognized for his outstanding customer service 🙌🏻“

“I ordered a pizza and it took 100 minutes to deliver when the estimate was 55-65 min. When the pizza got here, it was lukewarm at best. Now, why am I giving it 4 stars? Because the delivery driver told me that tonight, there were supposed to be 3 drivers but 2 didn't show so it was only him hurrying along delivering pizzas. The store can't be blamed for this, rather the economy of cleveland as a whole. The bottom line is, I asked for extra sauce and unlike Pizza Hut on chagrin (which closed down), papa johns at this location actually gave me extra sauce on the pizza. They might not be on time, and it seems like it's out of their control, but at least they respect your wishes on your pizza and listen to your instructions.“

“Despite the terrible reviews, I decided to give this location a chance. The inside of the store is quite run down and could use a good scrub. I ordered online and was given an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. There was a long line ahead of me when I arrived, but my food was ready when I reached the counter. The woman at the counter was less than enthusiastic. When I thanked her and told her I hoped she had a nice night she responded with a gruff “mmhmm”. Might have just been having a tough day. The personal pan pepperoni pizza I ordered was tasty though. It was hot and had a good amount of both pepperoni and cheese. I also liked that she was thoughtful enough to put my pizza in a bag with napkins.“

“Tried Valley Pizza for the first time tonight.Supreme Pizza. Wow.reminds me of the neat little mom and pop Pizza parlors from back it the day 1970s.Lots of flavor, even the dough tastes good.cant wait to try the other sauces.Very well done.Ill be back soon.“

“First visit this evening with a small group of friends, had 14 different menu items, drinks, apps, pizzas and desserts The staff was attentive and swift, a nice back room to sit and relax with friends. Everything we tried was wonderful, the staff was flexible bring the hot honey for the pizza on the side. All five of us left comfortably stuffed . Will absolutely be returning. 10 out of 10 pictures of drinks and dessert, eat the pizza to quickly“
