“Second time eating here. Pick up order via online with discount (any 2 footlong for $10, great deal!). No waiting, very very clean, and sandwiches were perfect. I had a fairly painful molar extraction a few days ago, and I've had very little appetite, until I ordered here. I've been back 2 days in a row (since a footlong for me is 2 meals) and I wish I could personally thank the person who was responsible for doing so outstanding at their job. Food service is often highly underrated, and this restaurant deserves a roll ? for service, presentation, and consideration (safe & clean). Thank you thank you thank you thank you!“

“I ordered a pizza and it took 100 minutes to deliver when the estimate was 55-65 min. When the pizza got here, it was lukewarm at best. Now, why am I giving it 4 stars? Because the delivery driver told me that tonight, there were supposed to be 3 drivers but 2 didn't show so it was only him hurrying along delivering pizzas. The store can't be blamed for this, rather the economy of cleveland as a whole. The bottom line is, I asked for extra sauce and unlike Pizza Hut on chagrin (which closed down), papa johns at this location actually gave me extra sauce on the pizza. They might not be on time, and it seems like it's out of their control, but at least they respect your wishes on your pizza and listen to your instructions.“

“Every time I go here for lunch (11:30) I have a very good experience. Today, I saw the staff taking extra measures to make sure the area was clean and the food was protected. This guy, not sure if he was the manager, lowered the glass case in order to cover the food because a fly or something was in the store. I was really impressed with that.“

“Despite the terrible reviews, I decided to give this location a chance. The inside of the store is quite run down and could use a good scrub. I ordered online and was given an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. There was a long line ahead of me when I arrived, but my food was ready when I reached the counter. The woman at the counter was less than enthusiastic. When I thanked her and told her I hoped she had a nice night she responded with a gruff “mmhmm”. Might have just been having a tough day. The personal pan pepperoni pizza I ordered was tasty though. It was hot and had a good amount of both pepperoni and cheese. “Very nice place the first time I had Seafood Stoner Fries it was so delicious and hot & fresh. Next week, I had Seafood 2.0 Philly sandwich was also delicious. But today, I had Seafood Stoner again with extra lobster saying your a gourmet food place which cost me $27.00. Then as a Gourmet Chef you should NO BETTER! not to service cold and old Fries or food this is why I rated it a 1 star today very disappointed 😔😔“

“So I told y'all I went to thecrispychick_cle and I ordered the Mega Meal since it was our first time there that way me and babe can eat so I get the food and we pull off and start on our way then babe look in the food and sees that there are only four tenders well in the Mega Meal is supposed to be six tenders a french fry two sauces garlic bread and a drink so I busted you turn and went back and explain to the cashier that I ordered a mega and there were only four Tenders in there well she says I'm sorry about that let me let them know and so she says okay they're going to bring you to tenders up I said okay thank you when she comes up to the window she hands me a box and says im so sorry well I opened the box and here is five more Tenders in the Box... no arguments or nothing... no let me see your receipt it was just very pleasant they made a mistake and they corrected it right off of the drib and plus the food was good even for me with no teeth the Fry's (crinkle) has season on it so I didn't need ketchup salt and pepper the chicken was nice and hot out the grease but not greasy the honey mustard sauce was like no other honey mustard sauce that I have tasted the only regret that I have with this $12 purchase is not getting the lemonade Because by the way that chicken taste I know for sure that that lemonade was good as hell but here are the pictures and I did a video but I'm going to put the video on Tik Tok with a little editing and stuff and tag them in it so if you're ever by 55th and Woodland drop by they are really good and they are #blackowned“
