“Second time eating here. Pick up order via online with discount (any 2 footlong for $10, great deal!). No waiting, very very clean, and sandwiches were perfect. I had a fairly painful molar extraction a few days ago, and I've had very little appetite, until I ordered here. I've been back 2 days in a row (since a footlong for me is 2 meals) and I wish I could personally thank the person who was responsible for doing so outstanding at their job. Food service is often highly underrated, and this restaurant deserves a roll ? for service, presentation, and consideration (safe & clean). Thank you thank you thank you thank you!“
“Every time I go here for lunch (11:30) I have a very good experience. Today, I saw the staff taking extra measures to make sure the area was clean and the food was protected. This guy, not sure if he was the manager, lowered the glass case in order to cover the food because a fly or something was in the store. I was really impressed with that.“
“I ordered a pizza and it took 100 minutes to deliver when the estimate was 55-65 min. When the pizza got here, it was lukewarm at best. Now, why am I giving it 4 stars? Because the delivery driver told me that tonight, there were supposed to be 3 drivers but 2 didn't show so it was only him hurrying along delivering pizzas. The store can't be blamed for this, rather the economy of cleveland as a whole. The bottom line is, I asked for extra sauce and unlike Pizza Hut on chagrin (which closed down), papa johns at this location actually gave me extra sauce on the pizza. They might not be on time, and it seems like it's out of their control, but at least they respect your wishes on your pizza and listen to your instructions.“
“Ridiculous how long it takes to get service, it is 8:30 pm and I've been in line for almost 30 minutes with 5 people in front of me. I remember when this Wendys service here was impeccable but recently has gone to the DOGs. I drove here past the Kinsman location because that one is atrocious when it comes to service and you could spend 3 lunch hours in the li e. I don't know what is going on but owners of these establishments plz get it togetherDietary restrictions: Don't be hungry because you will starve waiting g for service“
“I don’t know what this Pizza Hut did but my pizzas were GOOOOOD. I ordered the $10 pizzas one with the white sauce the other with the regular marinara. Appearance was everything, nice and hot and very tasty. Now hopefully they stay consistent“
“I went in today to grab dinner & as always the experience was amazing. The ladies that worked tonight were freaking phenomenal. It’s always a pleasure to go into an establishment & know you are being taken care of from start to finish. Because the experience was amazing I wanted to tip the ladies, but unfortunately there was no way for me to do so. “This was my first visit, and the gentleman that helped me was terrific. He gave me samples of the chicken to try, as I was concerned about how spicy it would be. He also told me about the ingredients of the side dishes. I just wish there were tables and not only a counter for eat-in dining. My food was DELICIOUS!Parking: There is a large lot in the back that is free.“
