I stopped into the Five Guys during a very busy rush, and I was genuinely impressed. Dominic was an absolute rockstar he handled the crowd with speed, friendliness and professionalism. I didn't wait long at all for service or my food, which came out hot, fresh and perfectly prepared just the way I ordered it. Five Guys quality at its best.

Dominic and the whole team really made the visit enjoyable even on a hectic day. If you're in the area, this location is worth it great food and even better service. Highly recommend!

“I regularly eat at this, raising Cane’s with my brother all the time. I just had a really bad day and started a new job today and spent the last of my money on Bills. I only had enough for a fountain drink, so I came in to get one and Jeremiah was extremely kind and let me use what I had to buy the fries and the drink. I am truly truly grateful for him today. “I finished the guardians game with my 9 year old niece tonight around 9:15pm in downtown Cleveland. My sister’s only rule was that i was not allowed to get my niece any ice cream after the game. The Guardians won so I decided to break the rules and suffer the consequences later by getting iced cream for my niece on a school night. I arrived after they closed, around 10:03pm. They did not have to serve me because they were technically closed according to their posted hours of operation. A gentleman named Jason agreed to serve us, and my niece was very happy. I appreciate the entire Tuesday night Dairy Queen crew that decided to make my niece happy. My sister may be upset for breaking the rules, but Dairy Queen understood the assignment! Thanks guys! Went with my lovely wife and my four grandchildren which made the process very easy when they brought over our order.

Courtesy to the customer is always a top priority.

The only minor downside is these places are not set up for quieter conversation when the place is packed.“

“The staff here is always friendly and kind, and they make sure you get exactly what you want. They have never gotten an attitude when I ask questions about menu items (unlike other fast food places I won't name.) The food is always hot and fresh, and their chicken products are made with real chicken not processed chicken which I really appreciate!“
