“Morning staff are amazing but throughout the day customer service gets worse. I don't care about a wait time, I don't even care if someone wanna give me attitude. I just want my food. Literally my only peeve is being shorted my order repeatedly. If it's once or twice I don't care, customer service is hard. But everytime I show up after 7pm something in my order has to be wrong.As for the positives, quickest drive through around, idk what they be doing but the breakfast at this location somehow tastes better, same with any chicken product. The server was great but it took a while for my food and drink to come out even though I was one of the two people there at the time. It was fresh, I’ll give them that but for the price I kinda expected two sandwiches but only got one small sandwich with a cup of tomato soup. It was good but I then went out and bought ingredients for grilled cheese for home and it was way cheaper for a full loaf, the cans, and cheese. So I wouldn’t recommend ordering that meal. “I have been here soooooo many times and the food is always dependably well prepared, hot, fresh and delicious! I've legit been a patron since they were in infancy and on Green Road. Today was no different as far as the food quality but while the customer service is always good, today it was remarkable. I do not prefer fries; judge someone else but I like a burger with a salad or some veggie if it's an option. Anyway, I had no idea sautéed veggies were an option here but much to my surprise the kind lady who took my order educated me and I could not be more pleased. The veggies were delicious (sautéed cabbage, kale, onions,mushrooms and assorted bell peppers). “Dynamite Dawgs has been delicious each time we’ve been here. I have never had a menu item I disliked. My husband and I took our friend who was visiting us this past weekend and we had an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and the food was tasty and fresh as always. Their version of a shamrock shake is so delectable and way better than McDonald’s. I had the Seattle Sweet Hawk dog which was a nice combo of sweet, savory, and spicy. My friend also got a hot dog and loved it, and my husband got a burger that was absolutely huge for the price. We also split an order of the cheese curds which were super garlicky and got some pretty nice cheese pulls. The staff gave us coupons for free desserts due to their being a bit of a wait (I don’t recall waiting that long at all), which was super unexpected and shows they care about the customer experience. “Oh my gosh! We were visiting Columbus from Tennessee and my sister looked this place up for us to go. We didn't know what to expect and there was this cute kid with curly black hair that looked like Timothy Chalamet, out there directing us in.He went over the menu and gave us recommendations on what to order. He was running everywhere and going 90 to nothing getting all the orders and still being awesome with us. I wish I could remember his name.The food was absolutely amazing. Things on it like BBQ and tarter sauce, but it was actually delicious. I'm going to go ahead and say best burger even though I always thought Ohios best burgers were Kewpee. I think Swensons beat them, or maybe it was the well mannered Timmy Chalamet kid that waited on us. LolWe are coming back in May for my husband to have another procedure and we are going back. We must have came in after a lunch rush because it was quite messy around the dining area but they had begun cleaning tables and floors before long. “Ima just say this Wagyu steakhouse burger is BETTER than any fast food burger out right now. Period. I had one today and not only was the bun nice and sweet, not too thick the burger was layered and perfectly and a little sloppy like how I like it. I was really impressed! Look for their promotions, which may not be on their website menu. Two smaller sandwiches are currently priced at less than the larger single one and together have more food.“
