He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“The custom cakes here are incredible. I had my daughter’s “camping” theme bday cake made here. She really wanted an ice cream cake, but I wasn’t sure if DQ was going to be able to do the design I wanted. I brought my ideas, photos and accessories. And let me tell you! The service I received from Belinda was better than some high end bakeries I’ve used for other events. She was so detail oriented and made sure everything was just how I wanted it, even following up with text reminders and questions. And the design was THE ABSOLUTE CUTEST!!! So happy with my experience here and very impressed !“

I stopped into the Five Guys during a very busy rush, and I was genuinely impressed. Dominic was an absolute rockstar he handled the crowd with speed, friendliness and professionalism. I didn't wait long at all for service or my food, which came out hot, fresh and perfectly prepared just the way I ordered it. Five Guys quality at its best.

Dominic and the whole team really made the visit enjoyable even on a hectic day. If you're in the area, this location is worth it great food and even better service. Highly recommend!

“I've been here a few times and I've been pleasantly surprised with my experience. First, they don't have a drive in. You have to go into the store. Once inside it's super clean, but it feels like I've walked straight into a 1980s LJS! Not off-putting at all... Just old school. There's always a short wait (never long) and the food is fresh and hot. I don't live close to here but when I'm in that neighborhood for business I make a point to stop. Keep up the good work!“

“This is probably the best Arby's around. The customer service is always great and they are quick. Had a small issue with a coupon not being applied. It was just a simple error-- the girl at the counter was very apologetic and the manager, Aiden corrected it and went above and beyond. This Arby's is also always clean when you go in.“

“The food was hot and tasty. My husband tried to place another order to go, he stood at the counter trying to order, but no one came over. They seemed pretty busy with the drive-thru so we left. They expect you to order in store online. That is not good for us because we are not used to using those kinds of machines.“

“I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. “My wife and I tried the “Save the Ube” smoothie, and wow — it is so interestingly good! We weren’t sure what to expect, but the combination of flavors was absolutely delicious and definitely something different from your typical smoothie.

The customer service was just as good as the smoothie. We were helped by who I assume was the owner or manager of the location, and his energy was fantastic.

“I wanted to recommend Arby's because when I went to get a few sandwiches yesterday, I came home and my order was not correct because I had all roast beefs and not my chicken Bacon and Cheddar. I called them to let them know about the situation. They told me, I could come in when I had time because I was off to work. Today I went in to Arby's and got the correct Sandwich "Chicken Bacon and Chedder. They really went beyond my expectations because they not only gave me the Sandwich but curly fries and a drink too with no extra Charge. “I finished the guardians game with my 9 year old niece tonight around 9:15pm in downtown Cleveland. My sister’s only rule was that i was not allowed to get my niece any ice cream after the game. The Guardians won so I decided to break the rules and suffer the consequences later by getting iced cream for my niece on a school night. I arrived after they closed, around 10:03pm. They did not have to serve me because they were technically closed according to their posted hours of operation. A gentleman named Jason agreed to serve us, and my niece was very happy. I appreciate the entire Tuesday night Dairy Queen crew that decided to make my niece happy. My sister may be upset for breaking the rules, but Dairy Queen understood the assignment! Thanks guys! Great customer service!“

“I called to place my order and when I gave my phone number the gentleman on the other end said that my name appeared as my fav person. I immediately started to blush cause I know who was responsible for that. I often come to the restaurant to get my favorite sandwich and to see the worker with the Elton John glasses on, she has an amazing personality and always get my order correct. I found out that Heaven needed another Angel. I started to cry instantly. There are some people that cross your path with such good spirits that it's hard to forget them. She will be missed. I can't remember her name but I remember her smile and kindness.“

“I was in town camping and decided to eat out on our last night there, living off burgers and hot dogs for 3 nights straight was enough. Lol stopped in here for a hot meal and to enjoy the ac. There was a mix up with our food but the manager took care of me right away and got things straightened out.

Had to wait a few extra minutes but the manager handled things great so I don't have any serious complaint whatsoever. I'd definitely eat there again when I'm in town camping, despite the mix up I wad still pleased with my experience. They get it perfect next time I'll change it to a 5 star lol“

Went with my lovely wife and my four grandchildren which made the process very easy when they brought over our order.

Courtesy to the customer is always a top priority.

The only minor downside is these places are not set up for quieter conversation when the place is packed.“

They have never gotten an attitude when I ask questions about menu items (unlike other fast food places I won't name.) The food is always hot and fresh, and their chicken products are made with real chicken not processed chicken which I really appreciate!“

“Restaurant is nice and clean, and looks brand new, although was told it’s been there for 10 years. Food was fresh as can be; service was great, too. In an age where most fast food places are filthy, this Subway is top notch. Hats off to managers and staff.“

“Yesterday, I came in at around 9 am for a good breakfast meal to start my day. The polite and kind young man working the cash register was very kind and helpful, with a smile on their face! You usually do not see people like that these days!! He helped me decide on the Bacon Egg N Cheese Biscuit with a hashbrown and a medium coffee with two creams. This was my first time at this McDonalds location and seeing the young mans positivity really made my day! When he brang out my food, I asked for his name and I think he said Jake. Way to go McDonalds, and way to go Jake! He has a bright future ahead of him.“

“Quite possibly the last good Subway left, at least in Northeast Ohio. The staff is always nice and efficient, even during rushes. They’re always generous with the portions on the subs, which makes up for the inflated prices, especially if you have coupons. I’ve been a regular for years, and will continue to be as long as the quality stays up.“

Otis got my husband the chips he wanted that weren’t in the display (without us asking), and Valencia made my sub exactly how I wanted when most people at other locations get annoyed by what I order.
