Consistent, friendly.
I went through the drive thru after dropping my husband off at work, sat in line for about 15 minutes. When I pulled up there was no menu on the screen, just the previous persons order. Then when it did come up it was a limited menu. But after all the time I waited, my hashbrown was burnt and cold. The biscuit on my sandwich was old and crunchy, the sausage and egg were over cooked.
