“Great find! Would never have guessed a gem in a little strip mall. Super clean and tastefully decorated. (I am bias to Roosters however) Top notch service! The place was hopping and the staff stayed on top of it. Chefs super friendly and thanked us for coming. Food was promptly brought out hot, coffee cup was never empty. Great selection of breakfast items, we wanted to try everything! Reasonably priced! Highly recommend! Please support local establishments like The Sleepy Rooster!”

“Found this adorable place where we stopped for lunch. I had a chicken/bacon/ranch wrap and my friend had a quinoa protein salad bowl with sweet potatoes etc. Food was extremely fresh! We both loved our food as we stayed to people watch and sit at one of the cute tables. Then we bought 4 different bakery products to take home with us. ALL were very good but the cheesecake was our favorite. Our second favorite were the pecan tassie bars. We highly recommend DS Cakes & Sweet Cafe. Everything was reasonably priced, and it is a bright, clean, fun place to visit.”

“The staff were friendly. The coffee and bake goods were delicious. This was the first time I visited this location. It was smaller than I expected. We were there on a Tuesday at 2:00pm. When we arrived, all but 1 table was taken up by people who obviously were there for the day using it for office space. Many people came in after us and had nowhere to sit. We even shared our table with 2 other people. I almost felt like this location had a bar atmosphere more than a coffee shop atmosphere; loud rock music, loud baristas trying to talk over the music. The atmosphere was completely different than their other locations.”

Unfortunately they sat us at the crappiest table I have ever sat at in a restaurant and refused to move us when we asked despite there being at least 6 other open tables. It really ruined the experience for us, make sure you ask not to be seated at the crap table.”
