Arby's offers a delicious French Dip and Swiss meal, highly recommended by customers. The service is praised as amazing, with workers being described as extremely nice and ensuring customers have a good experience. The restaurant is known for its quick food delivery and affordability for group meals. Some customers even drive a bit further to this location, missing the discontinued potato cakes. The mall location has caused some dissatisfaction, but this specific Arby's location has been praised for its sweet and caring staff, making customers feel valued.
