“I recently visited Raising Cane's in Willoughby and was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. During my visit, the restaurant was dealing with technical difficulties and did not have Wi-Fi, which caused orders to move slower than normal. Despite the challenges, the staff remained professional, polite, and focused on providing excellent customer service.
Every team member I interacted with maintained a positive attitude, communicated clearly with guests, and worked hard to keep things moving as efficiently as possible. It would have been easy for frustration to show during such a difficult situation, but the crew handled the adversity with patience, teamwork, and genuine care for their customers.
What stood out most was how respectful and apologetic everyone was while continuing to serve guests with a smile. The team demonstrated great character and commitment to customer service under pressure. Challenges happen, but it's how a team responds that makes the difference, and the Willoughby Raising Cane's staff absolutely delivered.
Great job to the entire crew for turning a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience. I will definitely be back!“

“The food here is generally good & served hot & fresh but the best thing about this DQ location is their fast & efficient service especially as it pertains to moving customers very quickly through the drive-thru window. I'm currently obsessed w/ their eggnog milkshake but all of their sweet treats are delicious! 😋😊“

“This is probably the best Arby's around. The customer service is always great and they are quick. Had a small issue with a coupon not being applied. It was just a simple error-- the girl at the counter was very apologetic and the manager, Aiden corrected it and went above and beyond. This Arby's is also always clean when you go in.“

“Always great and attentive service. They actually get your order right, speak clear, proper English, and provide utensils and sauces. I wonder why lol. What could be the clear difference between this place and every other fast food place in the area? I just can't put my finger on it.....“
“Guys at the counter were great yesterday. Food was good and plentiful. It was quiet (we were the only ones in there until almost finished). I'm so happy this location exists cause it's closer to Mentor than Lyndhurst and a bit better. Also like that they have the shrimp back, whether it's for Lent or not, cause it gives people another option for a Friday meal“

“Food was really good—fresh burgers made exactly as ordered, and the fries were hot and generous. Everything tasted solid and met the usual Five Guys quality.
The experience would be even better with improved customer service. Staff could be a bit more attentive and friendly.

“I order from this establishment regularly - my food is always fresh & the Manager Mateo is a great representation of the business. My only negative observation would be the short older lady with the glasses ( name unknown) always giving me a nasty look when I come in the restaurant I'm certainly going to ask her what her problem is? If this continues otherwise very nice place to get steak subs etc...“
