We went in at 5:30, or so and ordered our sandwiches. The lady working did the standard greeting and rushed us along with making our choices. We presented a coupon when paying and she instantly says, "You have to buy 2 and this one doesn't qualify" and automatically tore another coupon off the paper. Everything was great. The sandwich was prepared EXACTLY as I requested. Normally this never happens at this restaurant chain, because they're so hussling to get your sub done since there's always someone else behind you! small details always makes the BIG difference! I will start coming to this location more frequently!
