Soup is always on-point, fresh and delicious! Fries are great- that hard-to-find battered style and a large portion for the price. Burgers are very reasonably priced at only $5.50 and come with toppings. Coleslaw is great too - superfine cut cabbage type. Highly recommend!“

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good! I will definitely be ordering again“

Their cheesesteaks are made with real shaved steak and one of the best I've had! The service is excellent. I'm a regular and I know that could make a difference. Tip your food workers, folks! My only negative observation would be the short older lady with the glasses ( name unknown) always giving me a nasty look when I come in the restaurant I'm certainly going to ask her what her problem is? If this continues otherwise very nice place to get steak subs etc...“
