“I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. “I had lunch here after my appointment with the Cleveland Clinic Rehab Center across the parking lot. My footlong Sub was very good. The inside was clean and larger than most Subway shops I've been in recently. I will go back to this Subway again!“

“Recently I walked into Walmart and saw that this Subway is now under new ownership with all new management so i thought id give them another shot. It was 7:15pm and knowing from previous experiences that they close at 8pm i wouldn't even of tried to order it with the old store management. I literally quit even trying because everytime I would order they would say either their toaster was down being cleane. Or it would be because they closed soon even though it was only 6:55pm which gave them an hour and five minutes until close but they would still always say that they were out of meatballs with 55 minutes until close. Many many times this happened until it got to the point that i wouldnt even try to order there anymore.

Well today I saw the now ownership sign and new management and ordered at 7:15 and they made me an excellent meatball sub TOASTED no problem at all. Definitely happy with the new management/owners. Anyone who had issues before should really give them another shot now.“

“I had a Reuben sandwich and it was very delicious, and the guys making the food were very professional and friendly, atmosphere was good not too big of a place with lots of variety for chips and snacks or drinks that were a reasonable price to go with your sandwich.“

“I come to this subway decently often on weeknights because I enjoy the food, but what sets this subway apart is the service, I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone at this subway, and it is incredibly clean. Everyone here is extremely polite but one worker that always goes above and beyond is Aiden. He is always polite, quick, and he makes great tasting subs.“

“we stopped in tonight and they were busy. We knew we would be waiting a little while for our food since they were just newly opened . The girl up front was a little flustered which was understandable because she was so busy, but she was nice and friendly. food was very good, bringing back child hood memories of going to the one in parma. I just wish other people would be more understanding that they just opened 3 days ago and please stop getting snotty to the staff . they are working out the kinks and new employees are just learning the ropes ..
